I only bought the product as a conversation piece. It looks very nice and is in a nice little display case. I’ve watched review videos on YouTube of the cube being used and can very assuredly say that I don’t recommend this product for actual use. It turns very rough and is basically a clunky as the original Rubik’s Cube. So, with this being said, I’m sure you can piece together that the speed of the cube is absolutely terrible because of this. Again, this cube is more on the lines made to put on your shelf as a conversation piece and a little nostalgia.. so the functionality of this cube is nonexistent lol. From the video reviews I’ve watched, the product doesn’t seem like it was built to actually be used, so the sturdiness isn’t very good. Unless you’re talking about the case. The case is very well made and will definitely protect your cube, considering the case is unopened. I would say this product probably won’t be fun for kids, as again.. it (in my opinion) was made for display purposes only. I highly recommend the product for anyone wanting to fill in that last little space on your office desk/shelf. Great conversation starter and had a nice nostalgic feel, when looking at it in its case.

Overall, a must-have for collectors and fans of the Rubik’s Cube, just don’t expect high-end functionality. I got this cube to add to my collection, not to solve all the time. So its perfect for me!

Do not buy. Extremely difficult to use. Movement is very rigid and does not align. Feels very poor quality.

Perfectly terrible. I loved the accuracy of the look and feel of the cube. The only criticism is the color orientation back in the 80s white was opposite to blue, green opposite to yellow, and red opposite to orange. But for simplicity sake and ease of use the colors are fine.

Good old classic, the time machine cube!

Un clásico, no lo he abierto, es para guardar, pero tiene un aspecto muy bueno..

Ik heb deze gekocht omdat ik het origineel uit 1983 ook nog heb. De combinatie is prachtig, ze zijn qua maatvoering en uitstraling precies hetzelfde. De witte kant van het origineel is nu uitgevoerd in goudkleurige folie. Oh ja, het puzzelen zelf voelt ook precies als 40 jaar geleden.

Il peggior cubo di Rubik mai creato. Duro e deve essere perfettamente allineato per ruotare... Ma senza la sua rivoluzione dei rompicapi sarebbe un mondo diverso... Questa è la versione dei 50 anni che ripropone il primissimo cubo di Rubik. Quello che ho scritto non è un difetto. È un cubo che deve riproporre le sue antiche limitazioni.
