Poetic Revolution Case Compatible with OnePlus 12 5G (2024), Built-in Screen Protector 【Work with Fingerprint ID】, Full Body Rugged Shockproof Protective Cover Case with Kickstand, Black

A review of the Poetic Revolution case for the Oneplus 12R phone. This is my first of their cases and I was interested to try one as it looked very similar to the Unicorn Beetle case I'd had on my HTC10 for the last few years. Unicorn don't yet do the 12R hence my looking elsewhere and finding this case. Upon arrival it was indeed a very, very similar design even down to coming with a plastic screen protecter attached, just like the Unicorn and the Poetic Revolution has the kick-stand on the back. So similar in fact that I googled to see if the two firms were connected in some way. They weren't, tho' both are American so whose design came first I've no idea. One difference is that Poetic Justice provide 2 front pieces/top frames one with and one without the plastic screen protecter. The unicorn only came with one and I soon removed it to fit a glass one, as you can do with this one if you choose. Glass protectors are always preferable as they are easier to wipe fingerprints & smudges off than the plastic ones. The Unicorn on the HTC 10 got dropped on the bottom left corner at one point and the plastic top frame cracked on the corner, it didn't affect it's protection and just meant you had to be a bit more careful when removing/refitting it. With this in mind and with this case coming with 2 frames it's nice to have a spare. As said, they are a very snug fit. I learned the easiest way to remove them due to that cracked frame. The rubber edges have a slight lip that clips over the edges of the plastic frame top. You start on one of the bottom corners by getting your fingernail in between the edge of the rubber at the point where the usb socket is and gently prise it over the edge of the plastic frame, be careful as at that spot it is only a thin strip and easy to snap, as it eventually does over time with repeated opening & closing of the charging plug cover. Once you have your nail under it run your finger towards one corner then get another fingernail at the bottom of the side of the case and you can gently prise that rubber corner of the case off the phone. From that you can either do the other bottom corner of the side next by running your fingernail between the plastic & the rubber and sliding it along to release the full length of rubber from the top of the case. When you have one side & the bottom released the phone pulls out easily. All in all a great case that, going of my previous experience with the Unicorn, I know will provide full protection for my phone and prove just as durable.

I usually use Spigen cases for my phones but unfortunately with my new OnePlus 12, screen protectors just are not compatible with Spigen or any other cases I have tried - even the case that came with the phone. I took a chance with this and it is the best phone case I have ever used. I love how it makes the phone feel bigger and chunkier. I initially tried it with the built in screen protector and it is actually very good. I wanted a privacy screen protector though and this case comes with a front that allows you to fit a different protector. It is the only case I have found that does not damage the screen protector. I am not too hard on my phones but work in a dusty environment and this case really works so well. I have seen a few less that positive reviews of this case and people are entitled to their opinions, but I love it. I may even buy the next model of this case up because they really are that good. An additional bonus I have found after I wrote this review - a nice little charger port protector. Again, I work in a dusty envornment so this is just an added bonus. Been using the case for over a week and still love it more than any case for any phone I have ever owned.

The case is quite well made, but assembly was a bit of an adventure. The sheer embarrassment of being male, and needing to download a manual. The shame of it all. The case seems quite strong and seems to take the knocks well, offering protection to my phone ( Yes, already dropped it many times). Screen protector works well and has saved me from scratching the phone with leys and tools placed in pockets. A suggested buy for anyone needing rugged protection for their mobile

Case fitted OnePlus 13 perfectly. The most difficult part was separating the two halves before inserting the phone. I particularly like the camera lens protection cover and kick stand which can be used for both portrait and landscape viewing. Good all round protection. A little expensive but does the job of protecting the phone very well. Would highly recommend.

Opened the box and assembled everything only to be dissapointed when the phone with the front case on would not fit into the back case at all. I don't even think its worth the money. The screen protector on the front is just flimsy plastic, which I guess wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't a massive circle cut out, distracting you almost all the time, and the fact the feeling while using the phone with the front cover on is not smooth at all. Ive been robbed blind! TLDR: Doesn't fit the phone it is advertised for, the screen protector is flimsy plastic with a big circle hole and the feeling with the front case on isn't smooth at all.

Real value for money this case does an excellent job of protecting your phone and the camera lens. It is sturdy and well made with the added bonus of a screen protector with finger print build in, but make sure that you are happy that you will not have to remove the finger print screen as this will make it unusable I had reason to contact there website and found that customer support were extremely helpful with my enquiry and we're easy to work with. Definitely worth buying.

I buy this one for my mother in low for the wonderful look. Fits perfectly with good thickness and easy to install. Very resistant and goof functionality. Perfect phone case for a good value

Excellent protector of the phone. the phone has been dropped a couple of times with no damage and the case makes it so much easier to hold on to.

Hoesje past perfect alle knopen werken heel goed ook de slider werkt perfect. Je kan zelf kiezen als je de bescherming neemt met schermbeveiling of kader zonder als er al eentje opligt.Dit is heel makkelijk dat je zelf kan kiezen .De kickstand is heel gemakkelijk zowel horizontaal als verticaal te gebruiken top!

Reassuringly solid and protective case, the stand is a neat feature. Feels like this will protect the phone in almost any circumstance. On the downside, it's quite a bit heavier and wider than normal cases, but I guess if it was flimsier it wouldn't do the job!
