What really impressed me was the cleverly designed combination lock hidden behind a small door on the vent cover. haven't installed it yet but the build is solid and the idea for hiding is awesome. ease of access if needed "quickly" would not be good. regardless, happy with my purchase.

I really like how this is designed. Very simple to operate and plenty of room for storage of larger items. It’s made with a real grill register and so can easily blend in especially if you already have some wall heaters installed in your home. Last photo is of a similar register from my local home improvement store as a comparison. You can customize the combination lock or use the manual key to open. Pros: - Very convincing design to hide it. - Secure, yet easily removeable front cover - Simple and customizable lock adds security beyond the "hidden safe" aspect. - Plenty of room for storing larger items. - Bad memory proof feature allows you to use the key to help you discover your forgotten combination to the lock. Cons: - Mine came with one of the magnets broken. Writing it off to bad luck. The cover is still very secure with one less magnet. - Easy to accidentally replace cover upside down which may make it stand out as fake. - False screws were installed prior to painting the register which makes them stand out as fake. - Slot for the key used to set the combo lock is shallow. I was expecting the key to go into the top of the lock, but after a while discovered that it just rests in the notch and turns from there. Overall, I think this is a great option for someone wanting to add some secure storage to their home without having to purchase and find space for a safe.

Excellent safe - looks just like any other wall vent and no one would ever notice or care about it. Combination lock makes it more secure even if someone were to somehow stumble across it, and the size is excellent as you can fit a letter sized piece of paper in there without any trouble. Install was pretty easy: you do need a stud finder to make sure you get it in the right spot on your walls, but punching out the rectangle was easy if you're even remotely handy and the install thereafter is 4 screws. Be sure to note the location of nearby electrical outlets and actual ventilation so your desired space isn't occupied, but so long as you're paying attention you're fine. Excellent product, and would recommend to anyone looking for a hidden safe option with zero reservations. Pictured are 2 actual vents in my house and the safe - can you honestly tell the difference? The very definition of hiding in plain sight.

I like the secrecy of the vent cover and safe but the locking mechanism needs more beef (METAL). Seems cheap.

Love this! Easy to install and very discrete. The vent cover looks like the real thing. My first one had a faulty combination lock, so I returned it. They had my replacement the very next morning. Very happy with this product. Would buy again.

This is a fantastic safe. It fits just between the 16" studs and was easily screwed in on both sides. It's going nowhere! It has a really good quality powder coated metal grill that looks 100% like a legit vent. I doubt anyone would ever suspect it wasn't a vent, and even if they did there's no way they'd get into it. Recommended. 👍

Ich habe den Lüftungsgitter Tresor gekauft und bin wirklich begeistert! Der Tresor ist stabil und sieht genau wie eine normale Lüftung aus – total unauffällig. Die Kombinationseinstellung war einfach und schnell erledigt, und ich fühle mich jetzt viel sicherer, da meine Wertsachen gut versteckt sind. Die Qualität des Tresors ist hervorragend, das Material fühlt sich sehr langlebig an. Außerdem war die Lieferung schnell und diskret, was mir sehr wichtig war. Ich kann den Lüftungsgitter Tresor jedem empfehlen, der eine unauffällige und sichere Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit sucht!

Der Safe ist wirklich gut verarbeitet und sieht aus wie ein ganz normales Lüftungsgitter – perfekt, um Wertsachen zu verstecken. Die Kombinationseinstellung war anfangs etwas knifflig, aber mit der Anleitung und dem Video auf YouTube hat es dann gut geklappt. Eine Sache, die mir positiv aufgefallen ist, ist die robuste Metallbox, die wirklich Sicherheit bietet. Allerdings hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass es eine einfachere Möglichkeit gibt, den Safe in Trockenbauwänden zu installieren, ohne zusätzliche Halterungen zu kaufen. Es wäre auch hilfreich, wenn es eine Feuer- oder Wasserbeständigkeit gäbe, aber das wurde klar im Vorfeld kommuniziert. Insgesamt ein großartiges Produkt, wenn man auf der Suche nach einem diskreten Versteck für seine Wertsachen ist. Die Verarbeitung und die Sicherheit sind wirklich top, und ich würde es definitiv weiterempfehlen!
