Issues
Returned the first one because the food/water bowl was cracked into pieces. Ordered a replacement, the replacement food water bowl has a crack . At this point, I needed the enclosure so we will deal with it.

Update review if I could give it a negative 5 I would
I had given this item 5 stars but since April we have had two broken pieces on the doors, that being the latches themselves. The latches are weak. This is a design flaw. Also the Ladders fall and could potentially hurt a cat. We had to remove those. There was no way to secure those in place. It is spaciousness though allowing a place for small litter box and we have food and water in there. We had to get a water dish that would not be knocked down getting water everywhere including the kitty's food for when the kitty's in there. If I would of known this I'd probably gotten a small outdoor catio instead with its own flooring to put in my house instead. Lowered rating down to 1 all three clasps broke. And it's also zip tied would not recommend. Going to buy from someone else and get better 1.

Put it together where you are going to keep it set up..
Instructions were ok, could have used better diagrams. When you set it up, make sure you create a picture in your mind of where and how it's going to be placed. Window view, cat litter side where it doesnt stick out. Where exactly you will need the doors. The plastic cube siding panels are a bit flimsy. My husband cut thin plywood to put over the base cubes.and one for the top bed area..dont use the hammock. It's just flimsy and pretty useless. The door lock clips, just throw them out. I did.I got better ones. Out of 100% great, I give it a 70.

Unless your cat WANTS to be in the cage...do not waste your time or money
This cage lasted about 30 minutes. My sons cat who isn't that big was able to push the two screne panels apart and squeeze through to get out. We got him in one more time and he proceeded to very easily scratch through the screen even with trimmed nails (it's pretty thin). On those panels there is no way to put an additional zip tie to secure the center of them since the panel goes all around except in the corners which I did secure. You would need to poke a hole through to do that which would make it even easier to have them ripped apart, which the cat did anyway. This was useless and now we have to spend another chunk of time disassembling it to return it.Very frustrating
