I bought this on recommendation from my physio as part of my rehabilitation for a broken shoulder. It works perfectly in different directions. The operation is smooth. The only drawback is that it’s a bit fiddly to fit over the door. Hopefully I won’t have to but I‘d purchase again in similar circumstances.

I bought this pulley to help restore movement in my shoulder, and it has been extremely useful. Installation takes only a few seconds—just place the strap over the door and close it. The pulley moves smoothly, the cord is a good length, and the handles are comfortable and easy to grip. It allows me to control the movement with my healthy arm and gently increase the range of motion in the affected shoulder. The entire system is lightweight but feels sturdy and well made. An excellent and affordable tool for doing shoulder exercises at home.

This is the same exact pully I used at my second physical therapy yesterday. It works on any door in my home. Works perfectly. So nice to exercise on my own between sessions. I coul6 it believe the price. Awesome
