Ford Mustang 60 Years

Having admired the Ford Mustang from afar since I was a child, at 57 years old, I finally bought my first Pony car this year (a 2022 GT) which I adore. This book caught my eye many months ago and I immediately pre-ordered it. It arrived today and as such, my review may seem a little premature. However, initial impressions sealed the deal and it's 5 stars all the way and I feel moved to give it an early 'thumbs up'. I arrived home from a business trip this evening and I've been reading it since I got in (I've just read the 'Bullitt' chapter which was very interesting). It features beautiful photographs spanning the history of the car and the accompanying text and photo descriptions are extremely well written. As a lover of books for the subjects that I'm passionate about (mostly music related), this is easily a £50.00 book and I would have gladly paid even more for it. It's fantastic value, considering its quality. I highly recommended this book to all Ford Mustang admirers and fans, owners or not. Given that fact that it's just been published, it would also make a terrific Christmas present.

Wonderful read

Fantastic book. Well worth buying especially if, like me, you’re pretty much Mustang obsessed!

I gave this as a gift to a family member who loves mustangs (oh yes, and so do I). The book is well-made and the pictures are really nice. It is a larger book, so great for the coffee table. He loved the book.

Gutes Buch über die Geschichte des Mustang. Alles wissenswerte garniert mit schönen Bildern. Schlecht ist allerdings, dass der Autor, Donald Farr, das Buch komplett auf seinen anderen Mustang Büchern aufgebaut hat. Da ich schon sein 50 Jahre Mustang Buch besitze und mit dummerweise auch sein anderes Buch America's original pony car) gegönnt hatte, hab ich jetzt in allen 3 Büchern gleiche Kapitel - komplett identisch und somit für mich sinnlos. Für die paar neuen Seiten hätte ich mir das Geld sparen können. Für Einsteiger ohne die anderen Bücher ist das toll, wer schon ein anders von Donald Farr besitzt, sollte hier eher nciht zugreifen. Daher nur 4 Sterne, da es für mich ein Fehlkauf war
