This is a good-tasting, easy-to-take supplement that my husband really likes using. He generally mixes it up with a health drink, but it tastes just fine on its own, too. We always appreciate having supplements on-hand that offer some safe, simple relief from stress and add a bit of calm to the day. And this liquid form offers a good value with 168 servings in the bottle.

I like to grow fresh lemon balm and make a tea out of it (plus, if you crush it and rub it on your skin it repels mosquitoes). As it only grows in summer, and it's a finicky plant, having this lemon balm tincture is a nice substitute. It tastes quite mild and could be added to a ginger tea for a lovely pre-bedtime treat. I haven't noticed a distinct effect, but I do start my day off a bit calmer if I drink some in the morning. This is a reasonably priced substitute for fresh.

The fact that this tincture is also free of added sugars and alcohol is a huge plus for me.The taste of the tincture is pleasant and not overpowering. I appreciate that it is made with organic lemon balm, which is known for its calming and mood-balancing properties.I also appreciate that this tincture is in liquid form, making it easy to add to my morning routine. I simply mix it with water or juice and I'm good to go. It's also great to know that it is made with all-natural ingredients and is free of any artificial additives.Will update if needed.

Oz free as part of the vine program. The Vine program was set up to generate reviews of new products at amazon. I have used supplements for a long time snd always willing to try something new. This is an all natural product made from lemon balm leaf, There's no alcohol or sugar added. It is beloved that the lemon balm left (also called Melissa) reduces stress and helps one to be calmer. I think its work a try.

I've used Lemon balm for relieving anxiety before, usually using capsules. This liquid form us quick to use, but not necessarily convenient for travel. You can however put it in any drink so that is nice. The flavor in its own isn't bad, I actually found it by itself was far better than the suggested use of mixing it with 2oz of water.

I enjoy adding this a few drips at a time to herbal non-caffeinated teas in the evening to promote good sleep. It has a pleasant herbal flavor and feels very calming. You get a lit of bang for your buck with this product's size. It was much larger than I realized and I was pleasantly surprised at how long it lasted.

I have a morning routine: I drink 16 oz of water with 2-3 droppers full of a relaxing herbal tincture. Sometimes I use holy basil, and sometimes I use lemon balm. These tinctures feel like they help me start my day on a nice peaceful note, especially before I have to go out and brave the city traffic! Plus, it tastes great. (I drink caffeine in the morning too, so there's that, ha ha!) Lemon balm has a mellow pleasant flavor, especially with the glycerine base as with this particular product. I love that it's organic, as usually I only use organic tinctures. When I open the bottle I can smell the fresh lemon balm, which is a sign to me that this is a freshly-made and well-made tincture. With herbal products, trust your nose! I tried this product, and felt the same relaxing feeling I'm used to when I use other brands or when I drink lemon balm tea. This brand smells a little fresher than some of the others I've tried, though, which is great. The price is extremely reasonable for the size offered, and for that I'm grateful as well. I would like to see organic certification on the labeling, but that is my only slight criticism. It is labeled organic so I will give this the benefit of the doubt.
