Incredible Headphones for Daily Use
I got these headphones as a substitute for AirPods while at the gym, but I was not ready for just how good these are. The sound quality, while feeling slightly quieter than in-ear headphones, is amazing, and has a good amount of adjustable parameters and presets available through the app. They are not great at noise cancellation, however that could also be because I have worn down the part that goes around your ear.Don’t let that fool you though, as these headphones are extremely durable. I’ve had them for just over a year now, and have had them through gym days, being thrown around in bags, and a lot of travelling, and they’ve survived it all with minor cosmetic scratches.I think the best part about these headphones is the battery life, which is truly amazing. I’ve gone months without having to worry about the charge level (however, I also don’t use them all day), and have only had them die once in the year of owning them. When it does die, charging it back to full power takes less than 30 minutes, so it’s really not an issue. With all these great points, there are a few minor setbacks that I did not like about these. One was that sometimes software glitches can cause issues, however there is a great amount of customer support to help with this. The other issue I have is the portability. If you have a bag that you can throw these in, you’ll be fine. However, don’t expect them to have the convenience of just fitting in your pocket.Overall, an amazing product for everyday use.

Great Quality Headphones for the Price
These headphones arrived ready to use right out of the box. They powered on immediately, paired with my phone in seconds, and the JBL app was easy to install and set up. The app even notified me of a firmware update right away. The headphones are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to adjust. I appreciate that they don't clamp too tightly on my head like some other headphones I've owned. The sound quality has been excellent so far, and the controls are straightforward to use.I did experience a slight headache after wearing them for about an hour, but I believe that's because I haven't worn on-ear headphones in decades rather than a fault of the headphones themselves. As I've continued to use them, the fit has remained comfortable and the lightweight design makes them easy to wear for extended listening sessions. The size is perfect for everyday use. They feel compact enough to take with me when traveling or commuting, while still providing a comfortable fit and good sound quality. The build quality feels solid, and I think they would be even more durable if JBL included a travel case to protect them when not in use. Not having a travel isn't enough to take away from an otherwise excellent experience.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend these headphones to anyone looking for a comfortable, easy-to-use pair of wireless headphones with great sound quality.

insane quality for the price, genuinely impressed
i’m surprised how good these headphones were. i’m really picky when it comes with headphones but this one exceeded the hell out of my expectations. i had the sony mx4 headphones for 2 years and i loved it to death, the quality was just insane. unfortunately, the hinges broke and it was more costly to repair it than to just buy a replacement under the repair cost so i chose this. at first i was like “eh, cheap headphones” but they have an app you can use to control the equalizer and it genuinely improved the quality of music by a lot. for how cheap these headphones were, you’re getting quality sound. i would say it’s very close to the sony mx4 so these headphones are good for the staying within budget. i’m really glad i got these headphones because i wanted headphones that were good for the gym and leisure use while having very similar premium quality as sony mx4. i love this product. i wish i got it sooner haha. i’m not sure about the longevity yet since im like 1 hour in but so far these are insane. these are portable as well but it doesn’t come with a case for some reason? lol. i just use the sony case to keep it safe. it’s foldable like the sony ones

Good headphones when their on sale
The JBL TUNE 720BT headphones are a good, but not perfect. I think they were a decent deal at the sale price of $59.99. But it’s a different proposition at the regular price of $89.99 for two reasons: comfort and stiff competition from more economical brands. The sound profile is excellent, as would be expected from JBL. As others have stated, it can be described as a “bass forward” sound. It is noticeable at times, but not a deal breaker. I have used the excellent EQ in the accompanying JBL app to reduce the bass frequencies slightly to taste on some music. Note that the position of the ear pads on the ears greatly influences the bass. The phones produce a wide, encompassing sound stage with a noticeable sense of depth. You’ll enjoy rediscovering music with these headphones.Speaking of the ear pads, as others have noted, these feel more like “on ear” headphones rather than the advertised “over ear” type due to their size. This, in combination with a slightly firm clamping force, does affect comfort, but not necessarily in a bad way…just in a different way. They do feel snug. For some, it may be too much depending on your preference. Both the ear pad size and the clamping force provide an adequate amount of sound isolation from outside noise. These are not ANC headphones. If that’s a deal breaker, the nearly identical TUNE 770s are available for about $30 more. More on those below. As I mentioned above, competition from less expensive brands would give me pause if considering these phones at the regular price. I’ve been pleased with TOZO brand earbuds. Great quality for the price. If not for catching the JBL 720s on sale, I might have given the TOZO HT3 a try. I’ve been impressed with TOZO sound quality in their earbuds, especially for the price.I mentioned the JBL 770 NC headphones above. They are the 720’s ANC cousin. I tried them and decided not to purchase at the sale price of $99.99. The 770s had even stronger clamp force that made them uncomfortable, at least for me. Additionally, the ANC on the 770s was disappointing when listening at lower levels. The ANC processing actually raised the noise floor noticeably with a different noise when listening at lower levels. It was no better than listening without ANC.The 720s provide enough acoustical sound isolation in office environments without the discomfort of the 770s.PROS:- Excellent sound profile- Great EQ in the JBL app- Extremely long battery life- 3.5 connection when wired connection is needed- better than adequate acoustic sound isolation.- Legendary JBL quality- Performs well on callsCONS:- snug fit might be uncomfortable to some- Ear pads are more “on ear” than “over ear.” - - Some may find this uncomfortable.- “Bass forward” characteristic might be a turn off for some- A little pricey compared to lesser known brands like TOZO.VERDICT:The JBL TUNE 770s are a good purchase when on sale, but face stiff competition from lesser known brands when they’re not.

Great Battery, Questionable Build Quality.
The battery life is incredible. I listen for hours every day and I only charged them every couple weeks for an hour/an hour and a half. They don’t make my head sore at all. They also sound great. There isn’t active noise cancellation however they do a pretty good job blocking sound. My big complaint is that the paddling on the ear pads and the headband have fallen apart, however this doesn’t affect the battery life or sound quality. I recommend buying them, however, keeping in mind that the build quality isn’t the greatest. As a side-note, there is an app that you can connect to on your smart phone and it will allow you to adjust how it sounds.

Well rounded out headphones with amazing charge
I’ve had these for over a year now and I’m honestly very pleased with them. The sound is good, they’re very durable and the battery on them is insanely good. I wear these all day at work without a single charge. I accidently left them on lastnight when I went to bed and I put them back on at 11:30am for some weekend cleaning and after a whole night of being on the battery only went from 100 to 80%. Ontop of that I love how fast they charge. When I finally do have to charge them Ive had times where I realize right before work and can only charge for 15-20 minutes and they charge back up to 70-80 in that time. I use these ALOT I rarely am not listening to something and still don’t have to charge often. The one and only change I would make is that at full volume you do hear sound from outside the headphones/others can hear but I will say they are pretty loud so it’s rare I ever turn them up that high. Worth the price 100% they last and are durable/not easy to break.

Great speakers in these headphones
Easy to wear, not too heavy. Well built, I have been using them for quite a while before I wrote this review. Ears pads are soft and block a lot of external noise. Speaker quality was better than expected for this price range. Really sounds good! Battery charge lasts a long time. Easy Setup. Came with the recharge cable so you just plug it into the PC.

The plastic hinge has broken in less than 15 days
First time i got this was a year ago and fell to the ground which caused the hinge, holding one of the ear pads, to break. Got it again 15 days ago and this time the same hinge got broken while my headphones were at my handbag !!!

I’ll try to list out everything you could possibly want to know
So far I’m loving these! The noise cancelation is fantastic and so I can listen to my audiobook on low volume while I crochet and my partner watches a tv at a rather high volume - I’m completely undisturbed and locked in (can’t hear the tv at all). They fold nicely and the padding is so comfy and plush. I don’t have large ears, definitely no larger than 3.5”, but I believe less than 3”. For sure could wear at night if you’re a back sleeper.I would say the adjustments for head size will fit most for sure. I have a slightly small head, where I could fit a child size ball cap width but not height-wise… but I’ve met a woman with a smaller head and it would fit her on the lowest setting. I go up one notch, but it had several notches to fit bigger heads. Soft padded band so it’s very comfortable on top. Good give in the band for wider heads np, but it’s a nice comfy fit width wise for me. Not squeezing, but sits comfortably and stays properly when walking around or bending down.Bonus, it pairs to my smart tv so I can wear it if I’m watching a program late at night and my partner goes to bed. I’m a bit deft (truly) so I can’t just listen to the volume on low but this allows me to clearly hear without turning up the volume and when wearing it, that will save my ears from further hearing loss.Pairs with my iPhone 17 no problem. The buttons on the side are easy to find for me. On/off is a simple hold down which announces its now powered on or off. I’ve had it for a month and a half with somewhat regular use and haven’t had to charge it again once as a result. The volume up and down are easy to find because they have indents for the - and + signs and are separated by the pairing button that has a outward bump • and that button is slightly lower than the volume buttons. I haven’t had to navigate by taking the headphones off as someone else suggested they had to.The headphones have a L and R symbol so it’s a no brainer to put them on the same way every time.I wish they came with a case but I’m also glad they don’t so I can just get one I like, separately, if needed.I really don’t have anything bad to say about these. I really love them and they’re such a great price! JBL makes great sound quality and my partner who has a degree in music agreed with that statement.
