This is the only high-quality brown mascara option I could find, and I'm pretty happy with it. The color is a nice brown, not red like some people have reported having trouble with in other brown mascaras. The formula is aptly named, as I haven't seen a single clump yet, and it goes on very smoothly and easily, without sticking my lashes together. I'm coming from the Wet N Wild mega length formula which is by far my favorite for how long it makes my short lahes, but as they only make it in Very Black, this works instead. I've tried using that wand in this formula and that works, but obviously more of a pain. This seems waterproof, but is also very easy to remove with a cotton round and eye makeup remover. I haven't noticed any smudging. Overall, I wish this brand had more formulas in a brown color, especially for how pricy it is, but I'm pretty happy with this. It's definitely not as startling and unnatural looking on me, a natural blonde, as a very black color.

Brown color is a bit more subtle and a nice change from black. Goes on easily. Very natural looking. Layers well. Holds up for a long day! Recommended.

Didn't realize that the mascara was brown until I took it out of my prime pantry box (which is a very nice option). Still applies nicely and does not clump as advertised. Price is lower than average drug store prices.

I use this for hiding the gray in my mustache and goatee. It is easier and quicker than using mustache and beard dye. I highly recommend it for other men that want to cover the gray.

I guess it just depends what you want out of it, yes it’s non clumping but it won’t hold a curl even though it’s waterproof and it’s adds no volume or length it’s for a very natural look. I put three layers on and still it’s not doing much for my lashes other than just not getting all clumpy. It’s is very light weight so it won’t make you feel like you’re wearing mascara so if you want something very natural looking and comfortable on your eyes then this is it but if you want your lashes to look great then do not get this you will be disappointed

Blah! True I have no clumps in my lashes, but there is also no umph (many of you may know this a "lift" or "volume"). It does resist water well, so that is a plus. I guess if you're the type of girl who wears mascara to a pool party or really likes the "natural" look, this is the one for you.

This is the best mascara for lower lashes. It doesn't get all over the place and defines lower lashes perfectly. You can use it on upper lashes as well, but I prefer Covergirl Lash Blast for upper lashes. Neither one of these clumps. Easy to remove with soap and water, but stays great all day. T
