It's so much easier to drink your calories than eating them. It's also easier to gain of protein by drinking than eating. However sometimes that gets t really boring, and you have to add on little things like these protein bars. People sometimes make their own, but I like to experiment and see what's available on the market. These are pretty good actually, they don't taste very much of salted caramel, they're more of a salted cardboard flavour, and they have a very soft texture unlike some of those thick protein bars that break your teeth when you buy into them because they feel like a jawbreaker. They have a slight lion bar outside texture, with that nutty crunchy feel, but the inside is softer like a Mars bar, without that viscosity. Flavour wise like I say it's not very salted caramel like, it's not strong like a dessert bar, it's more subtle and neutral, and I actually prefer this because it's clearly aiming as a high protein low sugar bar, with the intention to cater for everyone, and if it was too sweet, after the gym that might be too sickly 20 grams per bar of protein isn't bad really, but it's nothing to rave about either, it's about average, similar to a protein shake that you might make with one scoop.

I managed to grab these at a good price during a deal. The bars provide a good amount of protein with a reasonable amount of calorie. The taste is average, it is not my favourites, but not something to massively complain about either.

I am impressed with the nutritional profile of this protein bar. With 20g of protein and low sugar content, it is the perfect post workout snack or mid day pick me up. It also fits perfectly into my low-calorie diet, making it a guilt free indulgence. The Salted Caramel flavor is simply mouth watering. It has a creamy and sweet taste with just the right amount of caramel flavor. I was surprised that it didn't have the artificial aftertaste that many protein bars tend to have. It truly tastes like a treat, but with the added benefit of being a high protein snack. What I also appreciate about this protein bar is its texture. It is not too chewy or dry like some other bars I have tried. It has a soft and slightly crunchy texture that makes it easy to eat on the go.

Ok then, I'll begin by stating that I do recommend those protein bars, which were exceptionally good. I'm a sucker for protein bars and have tried many different brands so I was excited to try these. I also want to point out that the taste and texture worked for me for both flavours, soft enough to chew but still crunchy enough to enjoy biting on. The caramel taste is rich and satisfying without being overly sweet. It's the perfect balance for a protein bar. These bars are a protein powerhouse with 21g of protein per serving. They've become my go-to choice for a quick post-workout snack. They are described as low in calories however they are on the higher side being 249 calories per bar. I have tried other protein bars which were around 200 calories per bar. However, The protein content is certainly commendable.

MHD nicht tragbar. Folie der Box (beide Boxen) fehlte, also nicht mehr OVP und Riegel/ Box komplett zerdrückt, da in der Umverpackung/ Versandtkarton kein Füllmaterial war.

False advertisement. It literally says "plant bar" and "vegan". The ingredients listed are vegan. The product you get? Not vegan. Like at all. And they don't take returns or replacements. Do not waste your money like I did. 0 stars. (But I had to put 1).

If you eat these bars, you will experience something far worse than the movie bridesmaids!!! Especially if your body is not used to having SUPER high sugar alcohols, and fibre in one bar.
