I bought this for my daughter for her birthday after she kept mentioning how hard it had been to sleep because of stress headaches. She had previously bought a much more expensive sleep mask, but hated that the straps tangled in her hair and made her face and eyes feel hot and uncomfortable. This mask has honestly been a game changer for her. She says it feels soft, cooling, and calming without being bulky or heavy. The pressure is gentle enough she said it seems to help with her headaches and relaxes her enough to fall asleep wearing it. She also loves that it stays in place without pulling at her hair. The quality feels great and it’s definitely been worth the purchase.

I have a lot of fatigue and sleep issues, and I've tried so many things, such as sleep aids, magnesium supplements, white noise, etc, and I have found that a combination of a prescribed sleep aid along with this mask and a fan keeping me cool at night have vastly improved my sleep. I tend to move around in my sleep, and this will typically still be on my eyes when I wake up in the morning. The weight of it keeps my eyes closed and comfortable as well as provides a really relaxing pressure which helps me fall asleep a lot faster. I love the cooling side and this also really helps with migraines because it blocks out light and has a relaxing pressure. I hate sleeping without this now and I feel so well rested after using this.

I’m literally obsessed with these, I’ve gifted them to so many people. As someone who’s struggled with insomnia my entire life, this has been a game changer. The light pressure feels so good after a long day, and really helps to relax you. Adjustable fit for every head size. I love that it has a soft side and a cooler silk side. I love that you can leave it unwrapped or fasten it in the back without any bulkiness or discomfort while sleeping. Mine has been washed repeatedly with no change in the quality.

I like the idea, beanbag concept, the soft feel, and the result of darkening the room. I don't like that you never actually close the ends because that is really hard to do and even if I do, when I roll on my side it hurts to sleep on a bean bag. I found another use: freeze and use on the forehead or eyes for headaches while laying on your back.

The nodpod has given me a better nights rest then I have had in months. The light pressure against my eyes help me to lay and rest while going to sleep instead of forcing my eye lids closed giving myself a headache. I am glad I decided to try the pods. As a side sleeper a mask is very uncomfortable to use. Good Product.

This is a must have if you have trouble falling asleep at night or are sensitive to light. My fiancé plays games at night and the screen light used to keep me up, but this completely solved that problem. The weighted design also helps keep it in place and prevents me from opening my eyes, so I fall asleep much faster. It’s really comfortable, even when I switch positions throughout the night, and it doesn’t fall off. It’s also easy to wash since I just throw it in with my regular laundry. By far best product I’ve ever bought. It has transformed my sleep. Right as soon as it lays on your eyes you immediately feel a strong sense of relaxation and all anxieties drift away. As a side sleeper this has been a game changer for me, I no longer need to use blockout blinds. Nice and soft, it does slide off but I just put it back on.
