Colour and quality looked really nice but smaller than needed so we had to return it. No issues with the refund.

It's well-built, spacious and the padded back and straps add a much needed level of comfort - there are way more comfortable bags but for this price range it is not bad.I have not tested it in heavy rain and I do NOT expect it to fair well so do not place laptops or other electronics inside, unprotected.There are a couple of things that I believe could be improved though (the last 2 are nitpicking to be honest):- The bottom of the bag has no cushioning at all, again undermining the laptop/camera carrying potential of this bag.- The net within the main compartment doesn't have any stretch to it and the fit isn't perfect.- Would have loved it if the bottom of the two exterior compartments could protrtude a bit further out as it's not that spacious.I'm giving it a 4-star because half-stars are not available in Amazon.

It is actually smaller than you can imagine.
