Holymuss Chicken Nesting Box with Metal Legs, 3 Holes, Roll Away, Green, 31.9" x 19.9" x 30"

We have a small egg producing business. Our chickens live in a forested area. I bought several of these to expand their area and add additional nesting boxes. They were not difficult to assemble and they are of pretty decent quality. I have had them out in the elements for several months now and they are holding up well and have no rust on them. I will purchase more as we add to the flock and increase their free range area.

Great nesting box. I just added a back to it so I could set it outside in my covered chicken yard. I wish I would have ordered another one. The Chickens use it and it holds eggs great. I added a removeable mat so the chickens did not pick the eggs from under the nesting box. So far it stopped the eggs from getting picked. It was an issue before adding the mats to the nesting boxes. The mats are easy to remove and clean as needed. I think it would be good if they offered mats for the nesting boxes. I had to cut mats to fit the nesting boxes. Now I am very happy with the nesting boxes.

Chickens broke the egg box door on one of the units the first week they had it. The girls seem to like the nesting boxes. We use silicone mats in the nesting box, making clean up easy.

We had an issue with chickens (or a turkey) eating eggs so we needed a solution. This took care of that problem. This is more lightweight than I would have liked but it looks great and suits its purpose. It's easy to assemble, however just pulling the top across my floor scratched it up. If you're worried about the finish, lay a towel or blanket down first. I was able to put it together by myself. The size is great and cleans up easy, you can just spray it off and allow to air dry.

Not for full size chickens, the boxes just aren't big enough. None of my chickens use it. As for putting it together was simple and the quality is ok, been in the coop for a full year now 09/2025.

Good size for my flock and keeps eggs safe from hens prone to breaking eggs!

Warning. Do not buy. I’ve had these nesting boxes for a while since my hens were purchased as peeps. Now they are laying, I’ve had 2 hens start limping. I thought it was bumblefoot but discovered my hens were getting their feet/ toes/talons whatever you call it stuck in the holes and injuring their feet. I found a hen stuck in the box and had to help her get her toe out of one of the holes. I put shavings in the bottom but their toes still tend to go through the shavings.

I bought 2 of these. One came and had no issues. The other one came scratched all to heck and parts were already starting to rust. I took pics of the top before and after putting it together. I won't be buying these again, especially considering the one is already rusting. Setup was pretty simple. Sturdiness leaves a lot to be desired. I think the individual boxes are slightly small considering the size of my chickens, but we will see... I mounted them and then put legs on the front to stabilize them. The trays can be a little testy to slide in but once in seem fine. My chickens are already starting to investigate.
