It can become a little messy because it also increases your saliva. But I walk daily and was starting to have issues of being out of breath from power walking. Tried this to get back my air and it seems to be working.

I am sixty-seven years old, in so-so health. I used this product while on a brisk walk a few nights ago and am quote happy that it made me work some. I originally has my doubts con earning the efficacy of the product, but, am no longer in.doubt. I just have to figure out how to use it during water training exercises without drowning.

Not a bad product. Encourages you to breathe through your nose if anything. I dial it to just past the point of discomfort which gives an extra edge to my cardio. If you're looking to really push performance though, I'd get a full bane-type mask that covers your mouth and nose. For the price ($6-ish) though, this is much more cost effective for 95% of consumers.
