Faulty burner (UNSAFE)
Since the day of installation, the appliance has been critically faulty and poses a serious safety risk. The primary issue is that the burner suddenly turns off during use, followed by a distinct smell of gas leakage. This is not a minor inconvenience but a severe hazard. To date, your company has made eight separate home visits, involving more than five different technicians (both junior and senior). Despite these repeated attempts, the core problem remains entirely unresolved. I have spent considerable time and effort coordinating these visits, only to be left with the same dangerous fault. I am exhausted from explaining the issue anew to a different customer service agent every day. The current approach of simply dispatching another technician is unacceptable and ineffective. Given the product's 10-year warranty and the fact this defect has been present from day one, a replacement is the only logical and safe solution. Using this hob is unsafe, and I am deeply disappointed that such a serious issue has not been prioritized. I have shared several videos to ELICA personal but as mentioned earlier they have done nothing about it. Totally disappointed . I demand an immediate replacement of the hob unit or atleast a change of the unsafe and defective burner

Big burner and utensil stand of the big burner received in hair cracked condition. Want replacement immediately.
