i use this every other night if not every night it is INCREDIBLE! I do wish that there was a warmth setting like a heated red light lamp but this does wonders for my skin. I normally do my skin care when I use it and just watch shows till the timer runs out. the remote on it is easy to figure out! I would just look at the instructions on it when setting it up, there’s a few different light settings and time adjustments. turning it on is easy as well since you just need to plug in the cords and plug into the wall. i will say i think it’s just how i set it up, it is a little wobbly🥲but overall i still love it, it can stand on its own. I do love that the light part is also flexible and tilts to aim when I lay down. overall it’s pretty versatile and I would recommend it for anyone who just wants a start out kind of red lamp since the price was decent (i got it on sale at the time) and they come with glasses too!

The panel covers a good sized area, so you don't have to keep repositioning it during a session. The built-in 30 minutes timer is also a nice feature. With no chance for proper customer service, I will need to return this item. The first step of assembling wasn’t even possible as the cable doesn’t plug in to the back of the panel. I would need to use force to push it in which I am afraid I would break it. I am quite upset about this since I just wasted 130 AED on shipping
