Started Wegovy pills. These shakes make for lightmeal on the run. Haven’t transitioned to Glp cooking yet. This stuff helps in interim. I like the mocha and also the milk chocolate; will try French Vanilla soon. Price acceptable. No gastrointestinal side effects (yet). Very helpful!

Taste good but, has a after taste so I won't be ordering this for myself again. However I sent this in Vanilla to a Senior and she loves it.

Technically works instantly this is my experience it is not medical advice or anything other than my personal experience. I went forever without the proper protein levels, after drinking this I felt the difference within 20-30 mins. Since I have been exercising for quite a while now I wasn't seeing results but now I am and my visceral fat has gone from 18 to 12. I should note that it was at 16 when I started drinking this stuff and within around 4-6 months I went from 16 to 12 but at my peak I was at 18 visceral fat levels. I am able to do more even though I am not snacking all the time because this personally lets me get through the day without needing to snack one of these in the morning and a breakfast of cereal is enough to tide me over until lunch then I have one at lunch or dinner and then I am good to go. I used to eat quite a bit due to snacking not knowing that my body needed this drink and if you think about it there really isn't anything in our food anymore and I was eating steak and things like that to get protein but somehow there isn't anything in the food I have no clue why that is but for my experience there just isn't enough in our food supply to sustain me throughout the day. This drink is not addictive to me anyways but certainly the taste is so good that I can see that someone wouldn't want to drink anything else. You have to shake it first before drinking it, I wait until it no longer has a whooshing inside the carton that way I know the stuff at the bottom the actual nutrients get in my body.
