Does the angle of the elbow adapter match the angle of the Y adapter? So the graham condenser will hang vertically

It does not. 
I ended up getting more kit than this because 24/40 is common. One part I got was a 180 degree adapter with a thermometer out so that I could use the Vigreux as well without making the apparatus too tall (I get nervous around that much glass). I set the Vigreux in the boiling flask, then the 180 adapter, then the Liebig - to do reflux condensation. 
This kit is a good backbone - a starter. If you're like me, you'll spend a few hours browsing 24/40 here and on other sites as you contemplate reality, glassware, and whether or not you actually need a bumping-trap.
Also, it does not come with a separatory funnel - only an addition funnel - or a still-pig, or a cold-finger - and you will quite quickly find that those are things that you very much want.
I got a little waterfall pump and a big plastic bin for my water supply, you'll also need a few ring stands and clamps....

Get this kit if you are prepared to go a little nuts getting glassware and apparatus - or if you already have and this is just icing.

As long as you don't foreclose your house to get more glassware.... you'll likely be very happy with this. I am....

Now.... do I really need that still pig and cold finger????

Short answer: No vertical arrangement, but you can find adapters really easily.

What is the minimum height that it can be set up to?  I am using it for a science lab theme, not a distiller.  Will it fit into an 11x11 cube?
