Samsung Galaxy S23 FE 5G, US Version, 128GB, Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

This Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is my first Samsung phone after switching from Apple. I figured I'd get it refurbished in case I didn't like it. I really love this phone! It came in great condition, no visible damages. I transfered all of my data and photos from my iPhone to the S23 FE using a lightning to USB-C cable, which only took about an hour. The phone runs smoothly and has excellent battery life. It lasts me all day unless I'm doomscrolling. I got a Galaxy Watch that connected to this S23 FE using the Wearables app. People were saying that the phone gets hot, but it doesn't really. The only time it's felt hot is when I've had multiple apps running at once or had my brightness up. My only issue with it is that I couldn't sign into any Samsung apps or services for a few days. I even ordered a new one to replace this one, but the issue on this phone ended up resolving itself before I even got the replacement. I'd definitely recommend this phone. It came at a good price and is a super easy transition from a lifelong Apple user.

Arrived on second day of ordering. Item in very good condition. Sim chip from Spectrum worked perfectly. I was up and running from old Samsung 9 quickly.

Great phone

Pretty happy with it. This is not a review as much as it is troubleshooting tips. Two quick things I noticed that others have shared that I was able to work around. 1) It gets hot. I fixed this by turning on battery save and changing the screen to Dark Mode. 2) I was unable to run a backup from my previous phone because this one was still “locked” to the corporate entity who previously owned the phone. I ran a factory reset on it & that took care of it. All my previous settings, apps and data installed easily.

Even though the phone looked great and was advertised as unlocked, I could never get it to work. It would not read the SIM or ESIM provided by either company that I tried, and it took weeks and weeks and paying for phone plans through two different phone carriers for a month each paid up front to realize that the phone itself had some kind of flaw. Both companies spent hours with me on the phone, trying repeatedly to get the phone I bought to talk to their system, as it was showing as compatible, but the phone itself kept saying to insert a SIM card, even though I tried three different physical SIM cards, , plus downloaded ESims from each company, and it just kept saying insert a SiM card. Hundreds of dollars down the drain, plus an extra hundred in useless phone plans, and no way of finding out that it is actually a bad phone until it is too late to make a complaint, because it takes so long to get a SIM card from a phone company each time. One of the techs said that it may be a cloned phone or from another country, or locked to a carrier, but sold as unlocked, but that they really had no idea what was wrong with it, just that they could find no way to get it to connect and talk to their system. The IMEI number loaded into it said that it was compatible each time, when they typed the number into their system, but when they tried to connect with an ESIM to get around the fact that the phone won't read a SIMP card, they got a message back saying that the phone was locked to a different carrier. Super disappointing purchase.

El equipo trae buena estética, pero no funciona auricular y solo funciona para llamadas con altavoz.

El teléfono llegó bloqueado me pide un número el cual no viene por ningún lado para desbloquear hay que pagar en una página $130 US dolares

Dice desbloqueado y no lo está. Qué tan HDP tienes que ser para poner eso en la descripción y que no sea así? Ahora qué hago?
