Our favourite kitchen appliance. Fantastic product!

First of all, the packaging of the machine was very good and the overall exterior quality was impressive. It has a very simple, user-friendly interface, and with the tutorial videos you can learn all the functions in about 5 minutes. The coffee bean hopper isn’t very large, but it’s sufficient. You can grind the coffee beans to any coarseness you like. With the timer feature, you can choose to grind the coffee right before brewing or use pre-ground coffee, and brew your coffee at the exact time you want. However, I was quite surprised that a product with such strong hardware is so weak on the software side. For example, the grinder can only be set to 4-6-8-10 cups (it grinds 23 g for 4 cups and its pretty noisy). If it could be set in seconds, we would be able to determine the amount of coffee ourselves. Also, just like regular filter coffee machines, it uses all the water in the reservoir to brew coffee. Instead, when 4 cups of coffee are ground, it could brew with the amount of water needed for 4 cups and save the remaining water for the next brew. These features already exist and could easily be implemented with a simple software update. Overall, I’m satisfied and will continue using it.

With with the new beans (Starbucks), the machine doesn’t produce crama. Built-in water tank, which means can’t descale the machine.

I’ve had this machine for a while now and honestly, it’s been a game changer for my mornings. The coffee it makes is smooth, rich, and full of flavour – exactly what I want when I sit down with that first cup of the day. I’m really picky with my coffee, and this little machine keeps surprising me with how consistent it is. Easy to use, quick to clean, and it looks great on the counter too. I’ve tried a few different beans through it and every time I’ve managed to get a cup that feels like it came straight from a café. If you love coffee as much as I do, this machine is worth every penny.

We have used this machine twice daily for the past 11 months. It has never failed and the coffee is just as good as from day one. Having had much fancier machines which do everything this machine makes coffee just as good without the trimmings. We make a full pot for breakfast and a full pot timed in the afternoon. I use filter papers to ensure no grinds go into the pot have always done this.. it grinds to whatever strength you need and how large a pot you want. Freshly ground beans is a taste preference over packet filter coffee. The price has dropped from £129.99 to £79 since we bought it so a good time to pick up a bargain.

Absolutely love this machine! not sure what the bad reviews are about. Would love for the "warmer" bottom plate to stay warmer for longer, but then again coffee doesnt last long in this house! I love the timer feature and works perfectly. Easy to set up the night before and wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning I would strongly recommend getting coffee filter paper as it makes it easer to empty the coffee grounds afterwards but i buy a bulk of them off Shein for like £1.

This is a great beans to cup machine. It has lots of different functions like how fine you want your beans ground, strength of coffee, holds up to 10 cups or 5/6 mugs. Let's you know when it needs descaling and can be pre set to come on at a time of your choice. Very easy to clean and can be used with the filter basket or paper filters. I have knocked one star off as the only down side for me is the longest time you can set the hotplate for is only one hour. As I live alone I would prefer a couple of hours so I could make more to keep me going longer. All in all for the money this is a great machine and I would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely awful product! I had it on strong & fine & this is the result! The water doesn’t even go over the coffee properly, so produced really weak brown water! It literally arrived today & I want my money back

After using this instant coffee machine on approximately six occasions, I experienced a sudden and significant malfunction. During normal operation, the machine began to emit an unusually loud and harsh grinding noise, at which point the grinder mechanism appeared to seize entirely. From that moment onward, it has failed to grind coffee beans at all. In an effort to identify and resolve the issue, I carefully disassembled the machine to inspect for any potential blockages or trapped beans that might have caused the seizure, but found no visible obstruction or fault within the grinding chamber. Despite this, the machine remains non-functional, and the grinder does not engage as intended. Given the very limited use prior to this failure, this raises serious concerns regarding the product’s reliability, build quality, and durability. As a result, I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and would not recommend it based on my experience.

I wouldn't recommend this product at all. I had to order it twice: the first time, the coffee maker didn't come with the reusable filter. Amazon made me return it, I had to order it again, and this second unit worked fine for only three weeks until the grinder started making an unbelievably loud noise and stopped grinding beans at all. I just returned it and I'm not getting a third one, of course. It's a shame because the machine brews some pretty good coffee, but you're paying that extra money for a bean to cup machine, not just a filter machine.
