Any one know: is this product can be used to clean the parts of Mass spectrophotometer?

Yes. Alconox products including Liquinox are routinely used to clean the metal parts of a Mass Spectrometer (flow plates, rails, etc.). Mix it with LCMS grade water and rinse thoroughly with LCMS grade water and LCMS grade solvent (methanol or IPA). I recommend a a dilution between 1:50 to 1:100 in Water.

Can I use this to clean vinyl records?

Yes, and it works very well. I've used it to clean ~600 albums in an ultrasonic cleaner (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L3G9TBS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) so far and am very happy with the results. I use 10-20ml in a 6 liter US machine depending on how dirty the records are. I use Liquinox, by itself, at 10ml concentration for records I have cleaned before, 15-20ml for used records straight from the thrift/record store, including 78s (shellac) w/o issue.
