Rust-Oleum 280124-6PK Farm & Implement Spray Paint, 12 oz, JD Green, (Pack of 6)

Great paint. Used to paint the foot deck on my 2003 Kawasaki Mule UTV that had worn after two decades of use. Looks great and I hope the farm grade rustoleum will provide superior durability. Easy to paint with, went on smooth, and good coverage.

I have a new John Deere S220 that, on the first mow, I came to close to the bulkhead foundation and scrapped the side of the deck. Looking for touchup paint matching the JD Green I came across the trusted Rust-Oleum brand at a reasonable cost that matched perfectly the JD Green on the mower. Some light sanding with 220grit then washed and dried the area and with a few back-and-forth sprays to fully cover the spot you would never know I ever scrapped it. Highly recommend.

This worked great on repainting my John deere and seemed to match their original paint very well.

Matches JD green and the spray can works well enough. If only it came in sun faded as well, haha.

The rustoleum applies smoothly and well, thinned and sprayed through a cheap HVLP sprayer. The color is good. Cleanup is standard - requires mineral spirits. The only downside is that even with catalyst its not as hard as even a mid-grade 2 stage paint. With catalyst it remains workable for a couple of hours. I really like the paint, especially for the cost, but wish it provided a harder finish.

Perfect color match

Best paint ever. I've never seen a paint capable of such good adhesion with such little prep work. You can practically paint this stuff over anything. Not that you'd necessarily want to, but if you did you could. I use this stuff for painting old metal equipment that is going to be outside. Like old farm trailers and equipment, metal tables, metal tools etc. The only prep I do is a quick grind of what surface rust I can get and I roll it on. After being rolled it levels out smoother than any other paint I've seen. Its got a thick consistency too it so its not dripping everywhere, but its thin enough to level out smooth on its own. It really is an amazing pain that looks amazing too. Its not too difficult to clean up either. For what you get out of the can it certainly works well for the value. Id buy again and again. One trailer I painted probably 5 years ago and it still looks great.

Just a great paint. It covers anything. Two coats naturally come out the best overall appearance. I love this paint. It takes a while to dry. But when it’s dry. It’s like I plastic coated what I painted. Just a nice finish
