Bands
I use these for knee rehab. I like them because they don’t seem to roll as easily as other I’ve tried. I do think the “lighter” bands are much lighter than other brands, though. Overall, they work well for me.

I appreciate the neutral colors of these bands. The bands arrived quickly and come with a carrying/storage pouch.There are 5 bands, starting from X-Light - X- Heavy.I’ve only used them a couple of times… they seem to be reliable and durable.Overall, I would purchase again and would recommend.

These resistance bands are a versatile workout tool that can be used for a variety of exercises. They're perfect for home workouts and travel.

In terms of the colors, I love them. I think it makes sense to use a gradient to visually let you know which band is which resistance along with the labels on the bands. I will say that the lightest band was basically worthless to me, but maybe there are those out there that can benefit from it. The band work all right, but at times, they don't stay in place as you would expect or need them to for the exercise. They also don't seem like they will last, but that is yet to be tested.
