A comprehensive book on procrastination only
The print quality of the book is not good. The cover is glossy and paper is cheap. Print is quite offset. I give one star less because of print quality. The book is good for absolutely beginner like me on the subject procrastination. It comprehends largely on the subject procrastination, little bit about science behind it and on general self-help content. The examples rendered are mostly for corporate readers . Unfortunately I could not relate to most of the examples. Also the last part on action topic was like the author tried to run through the topic just in one chapter.I won’t say the book didn’t help me , it did but I had a huge expectation by looking at the cover of the book and reading few reviews.

Best book I have read on procrastination, a must read!
This is by far the most intelligent, thoughtful, and well-organized book I have read on procrastination. I have a collection of books on the subject that I have purchased over the years, none of which have really inspired me to get off my lazy butt. This one has finally done that!I have been struggling, miserable, and mad at myself for a long time because I can't get going. I make all kinds of excuses to stay on the couch and divert my attention from what needs to be done. After reading this book, I have a better understanding of my reasons for delaying action and feel assured I have a real chance at moving in the right direction. I have already incorporated some of his suggestions into my daily routine.Patrick has a great knowledge of psychology to explain your individual type of procrastination and the things that are holding you back. His book provides real insight into why you procrastinate and what to do about it.Look no further for the answers; this is the only book you need--it is a true gem.

Highly valuable
This is a well written book about why we procrastinate and what drives this negative behavior, and is filled with strategies anyone can use immediately. Very direct, gets right to the point with no filler. So insightful, I highlighted more sections than I can count and will be revisiting them again and again as I turn the advice into action. I highly recommend this book and will read others by the same author.

Arrow to the heart of Procrastination
I remember since my childhood I always tend to procrastinate... get really high with something new and left it behind before I got into middle to learn or do anything... even reading books I can count on my both hands, maybe few more but this book is really good. It goes into details where to search or spot procrastination. Author made great plans and monitored our psyche behind procrastination. I feel high I can beat it now, despite the feel is same as when I jumped into something new. But in my life already changed few things and I believe the most important thing is to be aware whatever you do. that's first step. Thank you very much for this Great Book. I even start reading more books what I always wanted...

Great book, good information!!!
This books is perfect for anyone who is looking for ready-to-use techniques to beat procrastination. The book also contains information about the mechanisms in our brain that trigger procrastination. What is also great is that the author cites the source (research papers, books, etc..) where he got the information. This cites reveal in someway the preparation he had for writting this book. Another thing... the author gives a summary at the end of each chapter which is excellent when we want to remember a topic.
