First PC
I recently purchased an iBUYPOWER PC, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance and build quality. The setup was straightforward, and it ran all my favorite games smoothly at high settings. The customization options are extensive, allowing me to tailor the specs to my needs. Plus, the RGB lighting adds a nice touch to my gaming setup. While it was a bit pricier than some competitors, the overall value, reliability, and support from iBUYPOWER make it a solid choice for both gamers and content creators. Highly recommended!

It’s Nice
The pc has a little bit of noise but the Performance is good I can play games like Call Of Duty, Warzone, Roblox, Fortnite, Madden, all at max graphics and I’m always above 100 fps and on lowest performance mode I average at least 500 fps the Lighting is customizable, Wifi there’s a little thing u gotta plug in which I didn’t know for a little bit 😬 but I average 300+ download speed and 10+ upload which is a big improvement. Value for money I would say this pc should cost more but it doesn’t and it should be more and I love it.

Good value, stable build, I'm very happy with it
My old computer had been threatening to kick the bucket for several months, so I kept my eye out for a good value. I found what I thought was a good value from another mfr, but that computer arrived with the wrong CPU and crashed half a dozen times over 2 days while I tried to get it set up. I sent that one back.Three of my sons had purchased computers from ibuypower in the past, so when I saw this one, which is a pretty good deal for the price, I bought it.This has been a very different experience than the last one: all the components are correct and the system has been very stable as I performed testing and software installation.

Used to be a good comany, no more.
zero starsiBUYPower does not honor their warranty on their products. I spent over two hours on the phone with them for what should have been a simple call. During the call, I inquired about the replacement part, but they told me they didn't have it in stock. When I asked about my warranty status, they claimed I was out of warranty, even though I clearly had a warranty claim in their system that was accepted. The agent's explanations were confusing and unhelpful, as they kept making excuses for why a motherboard that fell apart isn't covered under warranty.Even though I submitted my claim on time, they didn't have the replacement part available. They claimed the right to send an inferior part, but I would have to prepay for it. Alternatively, I could send in my motherboard for review, and the department that already denied my warranty claim—without any clear explanation—would then assess my motherboard to decide if they would change their minds. It was obvious they had already made up their minds before even inspecting the motherboard. This interaction with Phillip from iBUYPower was bizarre and frustrating. I was the customer harmed by a motherboard that literally fell apart, yet somehow, I was made to feel like the bad guy. It's a shame because I like their systems, but I will not be a customer again. Computers are not only expensive parts-wise—especially motherboards, which take about four hours to swap out, and they don't cover the labor cost. If they aren't even willing to honor their warranty on their parts, then it's not worth using them. They used to be a good company, but my experience has left me disappointed.

Good PC
Worked out of the box. No real problems with it. Although as a nitpick, I have to say that the Win11 install it comes with conflicts with the prefab drivers for the LEDs that it comes with, so it ends up throwing random errors when you try to access the clock or other Win11 features. The errors aren't severe, you just have to click 'OK', but it's still annoying. The hardware I'd say is 10/10, but the software has to be cut to an 8/10. Install your own copy of windows if you have it.

Runs like a dream!
I've had this PC for a few weeks now and I can't even begin to describe how wonderful it is! Came quickly, setup was a breeze, and it's been running all the games I couldn't play before easily. If you're like me and can't be bothered to learn how to build a pc from the ground up, this is a fantastic option.

COOL!
This PC is a little (way) over my head in understanding all the "stuff" in it. It handles my favorite game really well, which is the main reason I picked this PC. BTW my fav game is The Sims 3 which can give your machine fits as the coding was very lacking, in other words, imperfect and the game manufacturer didn't give a hoot and didn't bother to correct anything. But, I am happily finally playing my favorite game of all time through all of the hiccups of the software. I'm sure it handles the newer, more complicated games wonderfully. I am very happy with this machine. Now, if I can only learn to understand all it's "stuff".
