51KSC2704 KS-Series 2.75" Midrange Speakers, 4-Ohm, Pair

Upgraded VA WRX stock speakers to these kickers and it’s a huge upgrade, strong bass, crisp audio quality, louder. Great upgrade even with stock head unit. Its a great upgrade especially for the money. Easy to install just need an adapter and a bracket and it fits perfectly.

51KSC3504 Fits perfectly without modifications in the front upper dashboard position of a Jeep Wrangler JL. Installs in a short time especially if you buy a tweeter plug and play adapter harness. It really fills out the sound as compared to the stock 2.5" speakers. I also got the 4" 51KSC404 to replace the knee panel speakers on the Jeep JL and I wanted to keep the existing speaker pods versus tear apart the complete dash. The three screw adapter ring these come with matches the jeep stock pods, but the speaker base is slightly wider than the OEM hole so I had to grind out about 1/8" of plastic from the factory pods. It only took about 5 minutes per pod so it wasn't horrible, but make sure you have something you can remove some plastic with to make these seat fully into the pod. Sound is great and really fills out the base from the front of the vehicle.

This is a fantastic speaker. I have a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Premium, and I've built and tuned my entire sound system from scratch. These replaced my Kicker CS 3.5 2 way coax, because I was tired of the phase issues of having a tweeter mounted on the pole of the midrange woofer 3.5. The plastic and PEI of the CS also just had a very fatiguing metallic ring. These new Kickers were a great compromise, because I didn't want a coaxial in the dash, and I also wanted something more capable than just a plain midrange. I run these at 30W RMS, and they run alongside my doors, which are Hertz Cento 165 L, which also have paper cones. I used my DSP to adjust the EQ on these to be more warm and less fatiguing, and wow, these are amazing. I boosted some of the highs to give a bit more shimmer before they have a hard roll off. I don't know if I would enjoy these if I didn't have a DSP, so that's something to keep in mind for potential buyers. I personally prefer a warm sound signature but if you like bright, I'm sure you'll love them. I have them band passed from 400Hz-20kHz, using LR24 slopes on both top and bottom. I love these speakers, the detail is incredible. It's no Hertz Mille or Morel Piccolos, but for a budget to intermediate, these are a killer deal. I couldn't be happier. About the compatibility, they aren't a perfect fit in my dash, I had to drill a new hole (which was a pain because of the tiny space between the dash and windshield) and screw it in using a small crescent wrench, because of the difficulty of using a bit by hand. Now that I've done it once, I can use a small phillips tip bit and do it by hand. So worth it.

Used as a replacement/upgrade to the dash speakers in my wife's 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. It was an easy install providing you grab the right connectors and have a very small phillips head screwdriver. Ive posted some pics that hopefully help someone else out. 💯 percent improvement over OEM. These are 4 Ohms so you'll have no issues with the stock head unit. You'll probably need to go in and adjust your treble -2 to -4 and you'll have incredible vocal clarity and definition to bass notes.

I would give these particular KS kicker speakers 5 stars but it arrived with 2 100 microfarad capacitors that are not clear for the user to connect to the speaker and or if you should use them considering what they actually do. In my case I didn’t use them because of the amp used is rated for 4ohm and a crossover that is able to control its received frequency range. If you wanted to wire them in parallel to a single channel, then you would need to use these capacitors inline on the positive lead to each speaker thus making it operate at a 2ohm load. The mounting is perfect for many vehicles. Comes with 2 GM/Mopar brackets 2 Chrysler/Jeep brackets 2 Toyota/Subaru brackets Two 11" Lengths of speaker wire (tinned wire on one end and quick slides on the other), very important for the long run and if you live where there is any weather. Two 100 microfarad capacitors not necessary for me to use. 4 Red plastic wire caps- good quality but lacking my favorite a conductive cream called Ox-guard, when using be sure to not short out two terminals as it increases conductivity but works well in this case of crimping wires. I use it almost daily. Four 1-1/8" Screws, threw in the pile of unused screws. Quick-Start guide (English/ Spanish/ German/ French) didn’t fully help.. hope this helps and you try these speakers. I have all kinds of different speakers and so many vehicles that I’ve been building for the last 30+ years and I gotta say kicker is a brand I always come back to. For this particular client of mine they have blown the competitors away, I literally just finished one of the best soundings systems that didn’t break the bank using 11 KS speakers in a 2022 Chevy Equinox. Brackets were perfect i just reused the hardware from the vehicle. For mounting always consider considering sound deadening mat and or sound baffles and acoustic phone. It’s a cheap way to really improve the quality of your sound.

Had a very small space to replace the existing low-end two way speakers. These fit perfectly as the tweeters don't protrude like most these days. Sound quality change was also profound and unexpected. Can't recommend more if you need exceptional 4 x 6 replacement car audio speakers.

The 4" factory speakers in my LC76 Land Cruiser were murky and lacked bass. These KIckers bolted in directly. They include 4 mounting tabs. My installation only required two and the remaining two were easily removed with pliers. The sound is noticeably more clear. I am getting more volume. While bass remains limited as is to be expected from a 4" speaker, it is more controlled and crisp. Very oleased with the swap. Recommended.

Suenan mejor que las bocinas de serie, se las puse a un Nissan Versa 2016 en la parte delantera y quedaron muy bien, tienen bajos muy decentes, tardo un poco en llegar el producto pero todo excelente con el empaquetado, sin problemas.

I have a 2018 Subaru base STI and the OEM audio is pretty bad, I still have the OEM head unit that is underpowered and really restricted. I installed some foam cone (for those who say it make no difference, it make a good difference) with the metra 82-8901 adapter, after the break-in period they sound really great, good and clear highs, good and punchy mids and some few lows. For the lows I'm pretty sure it's due to the really restrictive OEM head unit that I plan to change anyway. I'm satisfied with those speakers, really great improvement over the OEM. Time will tell if they last :) -- Edit: I have an aftermarket head unit now (fully unrestricted, all customisable), put a lot of time tuning it (I don't run with an amp), but they sound strong and amazing. Deep bass (55Hz and below) isn't their thing but good and clean bass and mid bass, good high. Very punchy. Love those speakers.
