They work amazingly
Tomorrow will be a month that I have been using these and let me tell you that they work. I went from 197 to 186. My sleep is ok but the energy that I have been having since taking this is amazing. I have been working out and doing laps around the park that have hills. Yesterday I was able to push for four laps and jogged. Something I haven’t been able to do in years. I’ve tried just about every weight lost and this one has been the best. Also I was in a car accident a few months ago I was to the point were even putting on my clothes became painful, bending just a little was killing me and ever since I started this and physical therapy the pain has become tolerable to sometimes no pain at all.

I am impressed with this! I haven’t slept good since menopause in the past ten years. I have actuallly been sleeping much better and wondered why. I realized it had to be the magnesium pills! It has given me some diarrhea but I will take that if I can sleep!!!
