I highly recommend these as a great alternative to canned energy drinks! Love Red Bull, Monster, NOS and energy drinks in general, I enjoy trying new ones when they come out. For everyday caffeine, they've just gotten too expensive. 200mg caffeine is great, flavor is pretty good, I like that its slightly carbonated, convenient to keep in the cabinet; this ones a no brainer if you like energy drinks. I bought the 4C Energy Rush PSD with Electrolytes Variety Pack because coffee and I are no longer on speaking terms. This stuff showed up and immediately stepped into the role like a professional. First off, the flavors. None of them taste like a science experiment or a melted vitamin aisle, which already puts this ahead of half the energy drinks I have regretted purchasing in my life. They are light, clean, and actually refreshing instead of aggressively sweet. Energy-wise, it is more “I am alert and functional” and less “my hands are vibrating and I can see through time.” No crash, no weird aftertaste, and no sudden need to apologize to coworkers for being too intense. The electrolyte angle is legit too. I drink one of these and suddenly feel like I made a responsible life choice. Like I might stretch later or drink water on purpose. Perfect for mornings, long afternoons, road trips, or pretending you are hydrating while absolutely not exercising. Will absolutely buy again. If you are tired, dehydrated, or just emotionally exhausted by life, this stuff delivers.

These 4C Energy Rush sticks are super convenient and great when I need a quick pick-me-up. I like having the variety pack, because I don’t get tired of one flavor, and most of them taste really good mixed with cold water. The added electrolytes are a nice bonus, especially for long days, workouts, or when I’m feeling a bit run down. They’re easy to toss in a bag, and one stick gives a noticeable energy boost without making me feel too jittery. For the price and the amount you get (40 sticks), it’s a solid value. I’ll definitely be reordering.

I've been drinking these for a few months I just can't get them in stores anymore. I like that they are a combination energy drink and electrolyte. I prefer the packets to a pre-made drink because I can adjust the amount of water I use. They taste great and have enough caffeine to get me through a long shift at work. I do wish they weren't "lightly carbonated" as it has created a few issues when I have tried to mix this in a closed water bottle. I've figured out how to work around that but that would be my only complaint.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL- Here is how I got my last shipment and it’s not the first time that this has happened with these packets. PLEASE Amazon, start shipping these in appropriate packaging. I appreciate the price, delivery speed etc. but the packaging always leads to damaged boxes and loose packets which can get torn or lost in transit. It’s not ultimately a deal killer but it’s irritating and avoidable. I recommend with these to pack them in one of your bubble packs and then place that pack inside of an actual corrugated box. Thanks! So why 4 stars? It’s Because of the strawberry flavor. It’s too medicine-ey for my liking. I used it because I was out of the other flavors. It’s palatable but nowhere near as enjoyable as the excellent lemonade and grape flavors, especially the lemonade. The lemonade flavor is delicious. It reminds me of the Crystal Light flavor which itself reminds me of homemade lemonade, just with a slightly artificial sweetener tinge. Never bothered me enough to avoid it as it is so incredibly convenient to have on hand. One of these days I will buy the giant 350 packet bulk price set. I highly recommend this set, as it is still very much worth it.

I ordered these once every month or so. They are the perfect amount of caffeine and flavor as someone who is trying to not drink coffee and reduce my Diet Coke intake. I primarily buy this one because of the variety pack, but I do wish I could buy a large pack of just my favorite flavor… Which is the strawberry by the way.

I love this product! Just the right amount of caffeine and it kept me going all day. Good flavor and price.

Great drink mix for a boost of caffeine and electrolytes in one. I like that it doesn't use artificial food coloring. Also, much more affordable than buying a 12 pack of canned carbonated energy drinks. Maybe replace the grape flavor with something else, the strawberry and lemonade are great though.
