The container worked perfectly for hot chocolate. It kept the contents above 100 degrees for several hours outside in the single digits. Very pleased with the cost and quality!

Clean and professional, making it great for serving tea at gatherings or events. It feels well built and the large capacity makes it convenient when serving multiple people. Hot tea does stay warm, although in my experience it doesn’t keep it hot quite as long as the product description suggests. That said, it still holds temperature well for normal use and is perfectly fine for serving throughout a meal or event.

I have purchased and returned other dispensers.This is a keeper! I first used it to keep hot chocolate warm (outside on a cold night) and the drink stayed warm for the while night. I then used it for lemonade at a beach party and the drink stayed cool all day. I also like the sleek, modern design of the device. There are not a lot of nooks and crannies; it’s easy to clean.

This was hands down the easiest Christmas party I've ever hosted! I had a large party , 40+ people and I made hot cocoa ahead of time, and it stayed perfectly warm the whole time. The digital display lets you monitor the temperature in real time and the stainless steel interior is a breeze to clean. I don't have to run back and forth to the kitchen anymore. Hot drinks poured in at night were still piping hot the next morning. This was money well spent!

The dispenser was a plus for my event. It kept the drink at the temperature needed. Also very easy to clean and use. Love that it gave the temperature of the drink cold or hot.
