Quality primer for galvanised finishes
Did exactly what it said on the tin the longevity of it - only time will tell! It took the top coat of paint very well.

Tiny tin but worked great on my galvanised window frames
The tin wasn't very big but it was sufficient to work as an undercoat for my galvanised windows on my greenhouse. A little went a long way

Poor quality, makes steel rust.
Avoid this stuff, it actually made the freshly prepared steel on my windows rust overnight and did not protect at all even though used as advertised. Very poor quality, probably water based, provides no protection at all as a metal primer.

Pipe Painting
Primed water pipes from a new boiler with this then used the same mat paint as I have on the walls. Looks good and went on easily. Just make sure you mix it well

Needed a thorough mixing but this was quickly done using a drill with a bladed bit. This primer went on easily, smoothly, and quickly. It quickly dried to an even and dustless coating. Created a great bond for a high quality latex enamel finish coat. Product exceeded my expectations.

Needed this for a rusting galvanized shoe around our wood stove chimney. Small can was more than adequate to cover it. Nice and thick. I just need to remember to go up and paint over the primer.

It took about 10 minutes of stirring to get most of the pigment to stay suspended in the solvent, and even then, it took two coats to cover the galvanizede steel door. It took the latex over coat well. It's been three days and, so far so good. Let you know a year from now.
