I haven't had a problem with accessibility to the buttons. The protective flap for the charging port is a pretty tight grip. (Its annoying to open, but it is great keeping moisture out.) It might be bulky, so it doesn't want to fit in a dashboard carrier very well, but it's worth it if it protects the value of the phone. As much as I like the texture on the case, it makes it hard to add accessories like a cards holder, magnetic, (I would say anything that has an adhesive grip.) It just doesn't have a smooth contact. This case does allow for a glass protector to fit, but very difficult for the camera glass. It would be nice if it wasn’t so expensive, but I can't complain because it does a great job. Both previous phones have come out almost pristine-looking. This is despite the fact I work in a dusty, dirty environment & am clumsy enough to launch my phone repeatedly at wet concrete floors. The charging port flap adds to the water resistance & is great for keeping out grime. I wouldn't recommend testing it yourself, but my phone has had a bath & come out unscathed. The stand/hard case is superb for watching films & series, & clips nicely onto belts & backpacks for more adventurous pursuits. It is easy to fit, & looks chunky & rugged. That's cos it is... It WILL make your phone heavy. A small price to pay for peace of mind, I'd say.
