Dark spots on my complexion can be very prominent and last for months but this clears them in a couple of weeks. Used twice a day for 5 days a week, I applied a little of the oil directly to the area on top of moisturiser. You have to give it at least 2 weeks for results. It also helped stopped spots developing and blackheads, and I have had no skin reactions. Really annoyed when my daughter spilt half the bottle and bought a totally different replacement that doesn't work as well!!

This product worked well well after two days of using it I started to feel dead skin coming away so it works and it is not expensive

I'm using this to help even out hyperpigmentation on my body and it's working well! I am on my second bottle already. I love the high concentration of the tranexamic acid and it's working wonders. I'm combining it with a vitamin C lotion. Only downside is the price is overly expensive for such a tiny bottle.

I have used 4% tranexamic acid before and I saw decent results. I thought upping the percentage will create better results but it didn't. I cannot tell if it worked or not because I did not see any major difference in/with the hyperpigmentation on my face. I just used it to the last drop because since I already opened it, I figured they would not take it back.
