I picked this up during Black Friday because it was such a great deal, and I’ve been using it for my post-gym baths. Ever since I started working out, my muscle soreness has been no joke, and I heard Epsom salt helps — so I’ve been adding it to my baths regularly. I personally love rosemary, so I tore off a little fresh rosemary (like in the photo) and mixed it into a jar with the salt. If you’re into herbs or essential oils, you can easily customize the scent however you like, which makes this way more affordable than buying premade scented bath salts. It also comes in a pretty large quantity, so even at the regular price I think it’s a great value. I’d definitely buy this again!
