First my dislike, that I need it.My like, mepilex is a life saver. Almost literally. As someone who suffers from lymphedema and skin issues associated, It is the one dressing I can use that helps to heal and dose not exasperate problems. I only use the non-borded, which is not always easy to find, and I've learned that not all silicone dressing are created equal by using a different brand when I could not get mepilex. Nothing works as well.
