Been adding this salt to my water and food recently definitely feel like it has made a difference dont feel as dehydrated when adding this to my water daily. I have read this imore healthy for you than normal table salt so we have also been using it to cook with so far so good has a great salt taste. Purchased this bag several months ago still using it dont take much so you get alot of value.

Firstly the package was smaller than I expected. Second the fine grain is not what we are used to with other fine grain salts that I have used. That said taste test is next. What a very significant flavor profile- excellent in enhancing my great grass fed burger!! The 82 minerals in this celtic salt are recommended by health professionals and is a great reason to purchase. I will continue to use this Celtic Salt. So good !

Loved how fine the salt is. Not crazy about the packaging. Closure is difficult to secure over and over. Will be putting it in another container.

I have family in holistic care and from everything that's out there, go with Celtic. It doesn't take much, but be sure to use iodine from iodized salt bcz it only includes traces, and we need our iodine too!
