These were a miracle for my son-in-law, and a great help for my back and sciatic pain. A few years ago my son-in-law had been bedbound for weeks with lower back pain. He was scheduled to have the nerves in his lower back burned off because of the pain. He has an extremely high pain tolerance so it was excruciating. He is veteran and was reading his VFW magazine and these were recommended by a fellow veteran. My daughter picked these up at the drugstore along with the heavy prescription pain medications that he had been taking. I have been dealing with Piriformis Syndrome for several years. The only help my orthopedic doctor provided was a series of exercises which just seemed to make matters worse.
