**Q: I have a land line in my house. Can I use the same phone number for this internet phone, and keep my land line as well?**
A: This phone uses your land line for whoever is calling. It replaces a regular land line phone. It is NOT intended for use as an internet phone; it's internet connection is for the caption operator who listens to your caller and puts their remarks into text for display on the phone screen. The phone is for use by those with a hearing impairment.
