I've been drinking this chlorophyll since I was six years old. My grandmother introduced it to me, so this definitely isn't one of those reviews written after taking it for a week. It's been a regular part of my routine for over two decades, and I can confidently say I've tried enough other brands over the years to keep coming back to this one. The first thing that sets it apart is the taste. Chlorophyll isn't exactly something most people crave, but the spearmint makes it surprisingly refreshing. Mixed into a large glass of cold water, it tastes clean—not grassy at all. That alone makes it much easier to drink consistently. I've tried other liquid chlorophyll products that left a strong earthy aftertaste, but this one has always been far more pleasant. One thing I've also appreciated over the years is the consistency. The flavor, color, and overall quality have remained remarkably consistent despite how long this product has been on the market. That's something I really value in a supplement, especially one I've been buying for decades. The bottle itself is practical, but it isn't perfect. It has a tendency to drip after pouring, so I always keep it standing on a folded paper towel in the refrigerator to catch any spills. It's a small inconvenience, but something worth mentioning. As for the claimed health benefits, I can't objectively measure things like detoxification or immune support. I can only speak from my personal experience. Over the years, I've personally found it helpful for reducing bloating, minimizing body odor, and keeping my breath fresher. Of course, everyone's experience may be different, but it's one of the reasons I've continued buying it for most of my life. Considering how concentrated it is and how consistently high the quality has remained over the years, I think the price is completely reasonable. I've never minded paying a little more for a product I already know and trust. Overall, if you're looking for your first liquid chlorophyll supplement, I think this is an excellent place to start. The mint flavor is refreshing and easy to drink, the quality has remained consistently high for decades, and it's one of the few supplements I can honestly say has stayed in my routine from childhood into adulthood. That's a pretty strong endorsement in itself.

Product = [Nature's Sunshine Liquid Chlorophyll Extra Strength] PRO's - Product arrived roughly on time + Well packed + Undamaged + As described and depicted on Amazon - Tastes of a light SPEARMINT flavor when mixed in water (Tastes kinda like if you drank water and chewed Extra® Spearmint Gum) - DOES NOT TASTE BAD AT ALL. It tastes pretty good for a heathy substance. I've tried Spirulina, Blue Spirulina, Creatine Monohydrate, and this (almost equally) yucky stuff [MaryRuth's Liquid Multivitamin + Biotin] all for the health benefits. SO, THANK GAWD, THE FLAVOR IS RIGHT WITH THIS PRODUCT. I can finally give my body some self care, with ease. - Easy to use and mix into water (My preferred beverage) - Smells like Spearmint, as does its taste, as mentioned. The color is a DARK GREEN color (Such a concentrated dark green color that it looks black) - I BELIEVE I saw instant effects the next day (I'm pretty shocked, still). I noticed my sweat (I sweat a lot) was not as "sweat smelling". My skin was clear. I had ONLY 1 blemish, and my skin seemed calm. I wake up worrying about 2-3, typically. I had MORE ENERGY. I even reached my 10,000+ steps goal today, and I haven't been able to do that for some time. I deem it very effective because of these observations/experiences. CONs - No such thing ദ്ദി (｡•̀ᴗ- ) ..BUT if I had one complaint it would be: Not discovering this product sooner ദ്ദി(ㅠ﹏ㅠ) CONCLUSION Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with this product. I don't mean to sound like one of those old, cringy, low budget selling commercials, but it really is "magic in a bottle". IF I have anything else (whether positive or negative) I will update this review, BUT I am very satisfied with my purchase. If you DON'T LIKE MINT, I'd look elsewhere. BUT if you want a great way to get your Chlorophyll in while staying hydrated (BUY IT, mix with water and call it a day) give it a try! ***UPDATE : I still stand by everything I've said, initially. It's a GREAT, QUALITY product, my goodness! I've gone through 2 bottles, but the only reason I'm not repurchasing and moving on to a capsule from another brand is because I am not disciplined enough to use this to a cost efficient level. Simply, I run out quickly because I find the taste ADDICTING, which has helped me UP my water intake, but the benefits are as I listed are still WONDERFUL and all the same! I love this product, but I over consume because it's SO GOOD. So, I'll be moving on to capsules :(

Love this product! Clears skin, deodorizes, healthy bowel movements, assist with weightloss. Does everything its supposed to... and taste alot better than most brands 🫶🏾

This liquid chlorophyll is great. The mint flavor really helps to mask the chlorophyll taste, and I will be re-ordering it very soon as we go through it fairly quickly. We have used this every morning for the last couple of months and I honestly have noticed a difference in my digestion and skin. Mixes into water well and doesn’t seem to stain our white countertop surfaces like some other liquid chlorophyll that I have used in the past.

I love the spearmint flavor for my water! Unfortunately I haven't noticed this stuff doing a single thing for natural odors/smells (still gotta wear deo) - I suppose it works better with a "clean eating" lifestyle maybe, which I'm not ready for just yet 😆 UPDATE: Since the previous bottle did nothing I eventually tossed it when cleaning out my refrigerator. I bought another bottle sometime late to give it another shot. Same dosage, tablespoon in tall glass of water. IT. TASTED. LIKE. DIRT!!! I thought Ok it's natural, didn't taste like this before - tasted like spearmint before - but ok. Then my mouth started watering and I had to try not to vomit. Ok wth... I didn't panic. Tried again another day. Same thing, almost vomited on the way to work. Different day, mixed it really well, 1 teaspoon this time, water, dirt taste and nausea. I said that's it. I'll try another brand/seller. Because all I can picture is something godawful like the bottom of the container like a layer of some contaminant growing and here I am stupidly trying to drink it. It was not Expired, not out in the heat before delivery (I don't think) but it should NOT have been that way. I think I learned my lesson on this one.
