I'm SO GLAD I got these! They are perfect! Comfortable. Smooth. Nice grip. Fun colors to make the sizes identifiable. I love that the aluminum is colored too. The metal goes all the way through the handle making these very sturdy! They feel so nice in my hand!! (Unlike a different set I bought previously on Amazon and returned because they were so uncomfortable. I didn't realize how bad the other ones were until I tried these. There is no comparison.) BUY THESE HOOKS!!! You can't beat the price and they are just right!! I can't say enough!!

These are great I love the colors I really enjoy crocheting with these hooks

They're very cool (color-wise) and they have a nice ergonomic grip. What I'm unhappy about is a couple of them are unusable due to the shaft/hook not being smooth, so they snag the yarn (luckily, they're not the hook sizes that I use much anyway, but still). The other issue is that a few of the grips toward the bottom are worn away and dark as if they've been used a lot. Shouldn't be this way when you buy new hooks. Overall, I think they're a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable set of hooks, especially for the price.

I am a knitter, but crocheted as a kid and wanted to try it again and have the tools for it around. Bought this set for $12.99 USD and I think it was well worth it to have so many sizes. The hook is metal and the handle is silicone (I think). They are super easy to use and feel nice in my hand. I could see depending on the yarn someone having issues with the yarn slipping off, but have not run into that myself yet. Full transparency, I don't use these consistently, so I can't speak into long term use, but quite enjoy these when I do use them.

I really enjoy working with these hooks - they really do feel like they are less prone to causing arthritis to my hands. I feel less sore and achy even after crocheting with them for a couple of hours!

I've only just been using them a couple days but, these hooks are fabulous. Comfortable and they glide well. My yarn isn't getting snagged and the hooks are deep as stated which I absolutely love. The yarn doesn't slip off the head of the hook. They're comfortable to hold and I love that the metal actually runs through the handle. Only down side is they're a half mm larger than stated, but I'm not even taking a star off for that because you can't beat the price for these. Totally worth buying and buying TWO sets. Work absolutely recommend for gifting and I'm telling my fellow crafters about them. Just don't switch hooks between projects because of the half mm difference.

I bought these ones in hopes to replace ones my toddler lost and they did not disappoint. They're comfortable and I love that the hooks match the grips for color. Only one minor thing I would change and that's having the corresponding alphabetic characters also on the engravements on the handle. It doesn't matter how long I've been crocheting, I still have to Google what the millimeter is for certain ones. Regardless of that though, I would definitely buy these again.

I am proud to say that these are my second set of these hooks. The last ones lasted me 6 years, but then the rubber started to split and soften. I wouldn't have bought them again. Good value. Comfy to use.

They are adequate, basic crochet hooks. They aren’t long whatsoever (just average length, if not smaller). They feel very cheap and slippy, but would be fine for a beginner. They are silver, not colourful like the photo. And the sizes on each are all mismatched (some embossed, some printed or some using US/UK terms) like the hooks have been put together from different sets.

I chose these as I’m visually impaired and a coloured hook makes a massive difference. Sadly, they are silver, apart from the handle, which isn’t what I wanted. Luckily for Amazon, I’m rushed off my feet before Christmas so I’m unlikely to find time to return.
