Good for workouts

These are my first pair of individual bands and I love them .I’ve only had them for a week knowI love that they actual lift your butt you see results once you put them on so I look forward to this look once I reach my goal this motivates me on a different level.They are easy todo your squats,cycling etc.I do feel the difference in the blood flow there not to stretch which is why I feel that these will actually work.They only thing I will say about this is they are not long but they stretch s don’t get discouraged just put them on your lower leg through the loop then pull it over the thigh part of the leg.As you can see the band could double loop a gallon of water…I will be back with an up date over all I’ll give a 7 out of 10 until i work out a little more with them.P.S My favorite is the grip to the Velcro they do not come loose while working out.

The bands were ok. They could be a little longer for me because I have thick thighs. They were a little tight on me but the more I put them on I eased into the comfort zone. I tried wearing them under some pants but that didn't work too well. I loved how they make my butt appear to be bigger while having them on. Other than like it's a good product at a great price.

So far so good , good quality they stay on very well happy with my purchase it comes with a little book with workout ideas and instructions.

Unfortunately, the only review I can speak about is the length. I have to return because they don't fit on my 33 inch thighs.
