Good quality fillet knife. Not too flexible but enough to get a good fish fillet and remove the skin. Very sharp.

It is a very sharp Nice. It came in a nice stable box, but without any plastic safety sheath for the blade, it's a bit disappointing. I have no wall magnet and It lot better to have a sheath on that blade. I need to see what I can get one for this if not I sent it back. I don't put this in a drawer or stand without safety. Will update review.

Very impressed with this knife. It arrived extremely sharp and the 7-inch blade has a good amount of flexibility, which makes it much easier to follow the shape of the fish and remove fillets cleanly without wasting too much meat. The handle feels comfortable and secure in the hand, even when working for a while, and the knife feels nicely balanced rather than heavy or awkward. The blade is thin enough for precise cuts but still feels well made and sturdy. One thing worth mentioning is that it really is very sharp, so it needs to be handled and stored carefully. It’s also very much a precision/filleting knife rather than something I would use for heavy chopping. For the price, the quality exceeded my expectations. If you regularly prepare fish at home, this is a very useful addition to the kitchen and I would definitely recommend it.

Dostawa bardzo szybka, produkt zapakowany bezpiecznie do transportu. Sam nóż wykończony perfekcyjnie, bardzo ostry, co nie znaczy że nie można go poprawić. Będzie świetny do obrabiania ryb. Polecam!!!

This knife is beautiful to handle and use. I don't really leave reviews for items. But the price for this is well worth it. The blade is agile. It's not bendy, so don't buy it for bendy uses. But because the width of the blade is thin, it can still work around bones and bone knots. I love using it. It's become my go-to for everything because it's satisfying to use. And then when you sharpen it after X weeks/months of use, it just comes back to life again. Amazing amount of knife for the price. I bought two and am finally giving the other one away as a gift because it's so amazing.

Discreta la confezione ma il colpo d'occhio lo dà il coltello, molto bene fatto, affilato. Dopo i primi utilizzi l'ho ripassato con la pietra e devo dire che si affila con poco e lo tiene bene, potrebbe perdere il filo solo se bisogna sfilettare pesci grossi con grosse lische, flessibile al punto giusto e manico abbastanza spesso, non ostante questo si impunga molto bene. È leggero e anche se risulta leggermente lungo per i volatili, impugnandolo verso la lama si riesce a fare un lavoro di precisione disossando piccioni polli ecc.. Sul pesce riesce a fare passare le sensazioni dalla lama alla mano, dando un Bell filling. Qualità prezzo approvata.
