I purchased this to prepare blended food for my mother who has Alzheimer’s and swallowing issues. It worked great until it didn’t. The size was perfect, it blended the food perfectly and was super simple to clean. I had to use it twice a day and my heavy usage caused the plastic gear in the motor unit to melt. Customer service was quick to respond and send me a whole new set the first time it happened. This happened outside of the return window. I tried using it again and the same thing happened. I was very disappointed that it just didn’t work for me. This time customer service offered me another replacement which I declined. So I would highly recommend this blender kit if for no other reason their customer service is excellent!

This blender is not bad. I like that it comes with a milk frother attachment, and overall it works pretty well. It whips cream very well, but for me, it still lacks power for some tasks. For example, when blending or chopping chicken breast, it feels like it doesn’t have enough strength. Overall, it’s a decent blender for lighter tasks.

Works very good. I bought this because I recently went through major dental surgery and was left for 6 monthes without the ability to chew food so this has been a lifesaver! I use it on all my soups and pastas so I can eat nutritious food without having to chew! So far no complaints and the added attachments make it so much more useful

Love this machine! It's small enough to hold comfortably but has the power. Excellent speed control and useful attachments. I mainly use for smoothies, clean up is a breeze. Looks great on my counter. My only concern and thus only a 4 star review is that the parts receiving the attachments and taking all the stress are plastic - else is very well made. Hopefully it will last daily use
