I find these Friends incontinence pants fit very comfortably, yes, i do get some leakage if I'm not quite quick enough to get to the bathroom but that's with a very full bladder & without wearing the net pants which would hold the pants more securely. I wear them due to having chronic sciatica so can't always get to the bathroom in time... The sellers are very professional & helpful too from when i contacted them a while back .. The price has increased but still a bit cheaper than other ones that aren't has effective.

I'm impressed with these! My old well known brand that starts with a T and ends in an ena just didnt fit well, and didnt offer what i needed regarding protection. I'm a bigger guy and they fit me absolutely fine, I would trust the sizings, they stretch out alot! I like how comfortable they are around the legs too with no gaps, as my previous brand left gaps and dug into the leg which just leaked. However these feel like they are very secure and won't leak. Really comfortable and I would have no issues wearing them out as they dont appear bulky through clothes or overnight as I have confidence in the protection. I'll definitely be getting more when needed.

Good Quality Value for Money Absorbent Sturdy Good Leakage Prevention. Bit tight around the Top of the Legs and Not as Big as Stated Well worth the Purchase Price for Over night comfort etc I Would Recommend these

They do what they are supposed to do, easy to put on/take off a\nd don't leak.

I was so pleased to find an xxl size from the UK - the blush pink ones that I preferred come from the USA, but I'm not going to support their economy in any way while the current POTUS and cohorts are around. However I was disappointed in these. They felt bulky; the filling shifted and clumped and in fact also leaked a little. I was aware that I was wearing them the entire time, which I hated. Also, I felt they were less effective than others I've used in terms of odour control - if you have to be away from home for hours and have a bladder leakage you really don't want to have to wonder if you smell nasty! In addition they really, really look like granny pants. I know nobody's likely to see me in them, but I do like to feel that if I'm in an accident and being undressed in hospital I'm not going to be ashamed of my undies! And I still like to feel as feminine as possible - it's totally NOT possible wearing these! So, basically - I didn't like them and won't purchase again, but they must seem ok to other people or they'd have gone out of business. Down to how sensitive you are to what you're wearing I guess. But I certainly can't recommend them.
