I did have an issue with it before not turning off and giving me the error “CLOS.” I contacted support and they said it was a glitch. It turned off after the timer was done and then I didn’t have any issues with it after that. I just wanted to know I got the mini, which is just big enough with the red lights to cover my back. The belt itself goes around my hips, but the red lights only cover my back/don’t go around my hips. I’m still pretty happy with it. If you want the red lights to go around my hips then I recommend getting the regular sized one.
