REVISION: REPRESENTING EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE:
REVISION 6/09/23: I revised this review earlier, based upon the seller reaching out, and sending me a new light, I feel the rather urgent need to again update this review. I have ALREADY UPDATED, this within mere minutes of having initially received the new working light, yet, to my chagrin, it has not yet been reflected within this review, now two days later. As I had written earlier, the replacement light arrived fully charged, so my one thought of initial concern is that perhaps I should wait until the light has been sufficiently used to necessitate recharging, before reposting this new revised review. I write that simply because it is the recharging itself, that was the specific area of failure for me, with the earlier light. Yet, I feel that doing so will take too long, and may be too unfair to the seller of the light. This light arrived fully charged and is working well. I do have a renewed sense of confidence, that has been restored, given that the seller had sufficient concern to reach out in a very timely manner. I DO HOPE that Amazon WILL add this revision right away, in fairness to the seller. I had written the revision two days ago, and my review revision has not been reflected to date. In the interest of context, what follows below is my original review: My faith in both the product, and the seller has been suitably restored, and with this experience, I do not now hesitate to recommend the light or the seller of the light at this point, given their timely responsiveness to my initial concerns.ORIGINAL REVIEW for CONTEXT: I purchased this light in November of 2022. It seemed quite bright, and I actually placed it into my travel bag that I keep in my truck with a few other just-in-case items. Sort of an emergency bag, in which I carried a battery charger device, extra stocking cap, and just any number of emergency items. So, I had occasion to use the light, probably 5 or 6 times, never for more than just a few minutes, and it seemed to be a solidly built light. I felt that it had given me sufficient earned trust as a backup light. Well, lo and behold, that situation arose just 2 days ago, when I had to draw upon it as a battery needed a boost at night. The light initially turned on, stayed on for approximately 8-10 seconds, then stopped cold. I of course wondered as to whether the cause of this happening, could have been that perhaps it had been inadvertently bumped in my bag and discharged itself entirely unknown to me. I was troubled byt assumed I merely needed to recharge it. Arriving home, I recharged it fully, then used it briefly in my back yard for just 3 or 4 minutes, enough time that I assumed all was correct with it. Then, a day later I decided perhaps I should check it to be certain that it was working alright yet. I am so glad I did. This time, when I engaged it, there was not even a flash of a beam. That concerned me, as I am now thinking that my emergency light is no longer trustworthy. I dutifully recharged it fully again. After all of the LED lights were illuminated, indicating a full charge, I unplugged it from the charging cord, turned it on to check it, and it worked fine.... for those 6-8 seconds. Then, before placing it back into my emergency bag again, I turned it on for a final quick check. Mere seconds later, it flashed on for just 4 or 5 seconds, and then died again. It was now already indicating all led lights off, indicative of a dead fully discharged light. This was JUST AFTER it had shown a full charge, as indicated by the blue LED lights all being fully illuminated. So, the full charge lasted approximately 6 or 8 seconds, then died completely. I have attempted to fully recharge it YET AGAIN, now an hour later, and it is simply not even taking a charge, thus far.In total, this light has not been used a total of 10 minutes maximum, if one adds up every second of the time it has been used. I am so glad that this was not a bona fide dire emergency during which I found out that I had been misplacing my trust in this light. Now, I do try to be reasonable, and I know there can be defects or faulty parts, that can happen with any manufacturing process, but I simply do not believe that one had better be placing this into an emergency bag, or anything like that, given my personal experience. At least not unless you are checking and rechecking the light, to ensure that it is indeed working dependably. Further, I have NEVER bumped or dropped this light, nor has it been abused in any way. Again, it has not had a total of more than 6-8 minutes of total use, over the span of time that I have owned it. It is frustrating. I would absolutely have rather simply contacted the seller directly, but I did not see how to do that directly. I feel that it may be a bit unfair to position this as the review, although at the same time, if there is someone out there like me, who has it as part of an emergency light, upon which they are trusting or depending, I would definitely advise caution! If the seller does rectify this, I will absolutely be sure to update this review right away, in the interest of fairness. Remember to check the items you have in your emergency bag. On the whole, this light feels quite solid in the hand, and is easily handled with the adjustable beam allowing it to be focused to adapt to varying situations. The issue is one of dependability, as I have just this past week discovered.

Brightest light I have ever owned, but a long shot
I like flashlights. I have a bunch. Each has a niche. I wanted this one to view the river at night, looking for wildlife activity. Previously I was using a pistolgrip spotlight. Worked fine, but bulky. This is slimmer, easier to tuck away in the truck, and WAAAAY brighter. I can clearly see the river bank across the road from the house at night, which is about 125 yards away. I can see individual rocks, ripples, etc.Two concerns, which at this point are unfounded, but time will tell. I have only been using it for about 10 minutes at a time, but it heats up noticeably behind the bulb. Not too hot to touch so far, but I am wondering what it would be like after being consistently on for 20-30 minutes. I don't use it that way, so I may never find out.The other is the charging plug cover. It is rubber, and does not tuck in very tightly. I am just worried hand movement would open it up. I have put a piece of electrical tape over it, just in case. That comes off easily when I need to charge, and keeps the plug in place. Maybe (probably) overkill on my part. This is a fairly heavy, solid unit. It is going to hold up to regular bumps and drops, I believe. The battery charge indicator lights are a plus, as is the Type C USB charging plug. No worries about which side is 'up'.I play with the dog with a glowing ball I can throw with a stick. You hold the ball to a light for a few moments and it glows green/white. Instead of using the house security light to charge it, I have been using this flashlight. In half the time it doubles the 'glow factor'. Super charges it. Nice.Others have had problems, but I am very satisfied at this point. Of course, only time will tell.

Super bright with some heft to it!
The brightness is very good, machining on the body excellent, and the body has a good weight for its size. Not overly heavy, but in close quarters it could help with delivering a good punch as a deterrent. The only drawback I noticed was the on/off switch is a little small for my large fingers. I wish it were a little larger or more prominent, however this would not prevent me from buying it again.Charges rapidly with the included USB cord, and small enough to carry in a jacket pocket or fanny pack.

Button switch is crap-Do not buy.
Light is super bright, battery life is good, but that doesn't matter if you can't turn it on.After pushing the button about 20 times, it is now a triple secret style needed to depress the button so that it turns on and off. Pushing straight in?? Naw, that would be too easy. If I can just get my finger nail on the button and push in at the right angle...nope, let me try this angle...nope...let me, oh wait, that worked! Now, to get it to turn off......WTF am I doing wrong??Too bad it is pretty useless with the awful button. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Flashlight
What I liked about this flashlight is that it's very bright when you charge it. It also holds the charge for a long time. I like how you can dim the light to narrow it. I can't think of any flaws in this flashlight. I'm not disappointed at all with the purchase of this item. I would highly recommend this flashlight to anyone.
