This company makes top gear for knee and ankle support. This supports my ankle really well and is thin enough to fit with hikers or trainers. Would recommend

I needed to invest in an ankle support after I sustained x4 torn ligaments (one was fully torn and would take 3-6 months to heal). It’s tight, supportive and has the Velcro straps for additional support. It’s very easy to get on/off. I started with the blue but now also have the black strap too. Once I fully recover I will still wear them when I start to run again, not for another 4 months or so. I’m now at 3 months so don’t need the foot brace day to day, unless I go for long walks outside.

Quality. But I hoped for more support A cheaper version seems very similar

This is absolutely the best ankle brace (like all Bauerfeind products). It gives you the needed stability, but doesn't restrict blood flow, is washable and feels quite natural. I personally use it for different martial arts, whenever my chronically injured ankle (bone fragments in the joint) flares up (every few months). The brace allows me to continue training, and gives me the extra stability and peace of mind till it heals up fully again.

Bought this for playing football coming back from an ankle injury, but it ended up making my ankle worse, causing issues that weren't there before. It was irritating the tibialis anterior tendon on the front/inside of my ankle, especially when moving my foot up. I’ll add a diagram showing exactly where. The brace is also really restrictive. I couldn't shoot properly while wearing it and was limited in how far I could jump on one leg, on top of the swelling and irritation it caused. After wearing it, the area got really swollen and irritated, and it took days for the swelling to go down properly. I stopped using it and my physio told me to throw it in the bin and not use it again. It also feels pretty misleading that the product is advertised with someone playing football when this caused me problems while doing exactly that. I was also unable to get a full refund. Not being able to get a full refund, especially when I feel the advertising is misleading, is not a good look, particularly for a product at this price.

Was great until the stitching came apart. Only had 6 months and only used 10 or so times in that period. Not what you expect for the price.

高校バスケ部の息子に言われて購入しました。 余りカチッとは固定されません。ベルトのような部分を巻き付けても、何度も捻挫している足関節には弱いです。この商品でこの価格は高いと思います。
