This thing is amazing. Not cheap but in my opinion worth every penny. Easy to use, almost infinitely adjustable difficulty, compact and convenient to travel with. I’m using it every other day for a few mins as I’m unwinding and watching TV. Built like a tank.

I must admit this is an impressive device. Super simple to use and ready to go out of the box. This is a very well made and durable product. This will make your forearms scream. Super effective and I am noticing growth and strength improvements in a short period of time.

Love this exercise tool for grip strength and forearm strength. Well worth the money. I use this every night before bed and have notice my strength go up because you can adjust the tension as you get stronger.

The price is high, but seems to be good quality. My arm wrestling team and I get a good forearm workout/pump with this tool. Very similar device to the one Denis Cyplenkov made/uses. The tension can be adjusted to burn you out quickly or set where you can “comfortably” do 60 seconds. I’d recommend the Gripzilla Dynamo for arm wrestling training and forearm building.

It is fantastic. Not only does it build your forearms it builds your whole body. Your body and core have to brace itself to twist. The bar. Great isometric training. I did to failure 2 weeks Straight and made a nice difference in my upper body. I grip from all angles standing sitting lying down. It tested everything I had. And yes my forearms are bigger.

Great forearm workout that you could do just chilling on the couch. Get those daily forearm reps in.

Honestly, it works great. Has nice build quality and it's easy to understand. The reason I do give it 3 stars is the for usability and how effective it is. Feels more like a gimmick to be using this instead of doing actual forearm workouts with a dumbbell.

The rotation movement is not smooth enough and the grip is very tough and you will need to wear a gloves if you are planning to use it for a long time, but for ten or twenty rotations you will be ok

Received this today. Out the box it's ready to use. Adjustments by way of two wing nut type fittings, so easy. First impression is it's very well made, light to handle, and the grips are textured so as to enhance the grip. So.. to using the item. Oh my, straight away you can feel it working, you feel the burn. Wow, very impressive bit of kit. I think because it is so convenient to just have handy, you can literally use it whilst watching TV or just sitting with a bit of time on your hands, therefore you do more reps than you think, due to its convenient size. Comes in a nylon zipper bag should you wish to take it on your travels or to the office, out walking, wherever. I would say a lot are put off by the price, and I must say, I did hesitate myself, but took the plunge and am very, very pleased, so for me, I will say it's value for money and certainly gives you a workout.
