Great energy boost in the morning
I am quite pleased with ginger and this doesn’t disappoint. I get a boost of energy taking this and it lasts a while. Th only thing that I don’t like is the anti clumping chemicals. They tend to upset my stomach.

I have always liked using ginger when I feel nauseated due to travel, or taking certain medications. In the past, I've usually tried ginger cookies, or some other form of ginger, but I never thought about using capsules of ginger. I'm quite excited to have these. These will be convenient to have at home or when I travel, it's great that in this form there is no sugar. The capsules are quite large. The bottle suggests taking with food, and so I take them in the middle of a meal or snack which helps me get the capsule down. These help me, I recommend that you give them a try.
