I've wondered this myself, and after some quick research have concluded YES they are PTFE free. Thermolon does not contain PTFE. You can find info on Greenpan's website FAQ.

No it is not induction suitable.

how much does it weigh?

I haven't weighed it but I can easily lift it. The pan has a good weight to it.
