Parker Duofold - The best ballpoint pen in market

This is a beautiful ballpoint pen. I’ve already got the matching fountain pen so this makes my collection complete.

The best ballpoint pen I have ever written with. Perfectly balanced, beautifully finished with 18-carat solid gold nib. Expensively packaged. It is certainly aimed at the never to be used gift market. This is its beauty, great present for that person your want to reward, you know its expensive upon receipt and of course we all know that it is overpriced in terms of its functionality, but that's not the point, as a gift it is worth the price.

If you want the very highest build standards, this has to be on your list. Flawless.

I have the fountain pen and now I have the complete set.

First of all the pen comes in an elegant box with the Queens and Prince of Wales warrant on the side. Once you open it the pen is displayed with a description of Parkers history and the quality of the Dunfold pen. The pen is beautiful and has a perfect weight to it, you can tell that it has been crafted with class and style. The action to reveal the nib is smooth by turning the top of the pen. The nib its self is 18 carat solid gold and has a beautiful writing quality. It is so nice to write with. I found I enjoyed write cards and letters with it. This pen is all about quality and it feels like it.

This classic black Parker pen is one which continues Parker's proud tradition of producing top quality pens to suit all. This particular pen is extremely well presented (and for the price you would expect it to be!). It comes in a presentation box and also includes an authenticity certificate.As for the pen itself, it's quite plain and lacks the ornate designs of some of Parker's finer offerings. That said this classic design will appeal to a certain marker I'm sure. The solid gold nib is what really raises the price here, it's difficult to tell that it's solid gold without being told that it is. It does however write beautifully and given that is the main function of a pen you can't really ask for much more in that sense.Clearly this isn't the "take to work" type of pen but would make a perfect gift for an extra special occasion and in that sense I highly recommend this pen!

万年筆は好きで、146、M800ほか、楽しんでいますが、ボールペンは貰い物の164、タルガを使ってました。ところが、文具店のショーケースにある筆記具が、通りすがりに目にとまり、釘付けになりました。それがパーカーのデュオフォールドのボールペンでした。合わせて奥に万年筆もあったのですが、ボールペンのデザインに強く惹かれました。デュオフォールドのことを知らなかったのですが、ボールペンのデザインに一目ぼれでした。書き味は純正のものでも、すばらしいのですが、ジェットストリームの0.7mmに替えて使ってます。油性らしくないところがいいですね。また、純正に戻っても、それもありかと思います。

Oerhört vacker och välgjord penna, det enda negativa är priset som är på tok för högt satt i förhållande till produkt och vad man får för pengarna. Det är trots allt bara en vanlig penna med en vanlig bläckpatron och pennan är tillverkad i harts och billig guld pläterad mässing, inga ädel metaller alls, inget riktigt Guld, ingenting. Priset är ett skämt. Pennans värde är 600kr och de återstående tusenlapparna får man betala för att det står PARKER på den.

本日商品が届きました。開けてみるとペンに埃が沢山着いており、一瞬傷かと思いました。眼鏡拭きで拭いたところ埃は落ちましたが、いくつか擦り傷がありました。強く拭いていないので元々のものだと思います。さらに保証書の件で問い合わせたところ聞いていることとは違う返事が帰ってきて残念でした。
